This is a new facility since the last time we ventured to Iowa. Interestingly enough, just around the corner from where we are headed to. It's spacious and clean. The staff is nice although one of the kids behind the counter was eating something. I asked which donut and was told it's something they don't sell there. we love coming to your store when we travel through QC. friendly staff & delicious well-stocked donuts. we came in today (7/3/26) and may I suggest training your staff on better ways to pack my donuts? she crammed 2 maple long johns into a tiny white bag, basically folded in half and on top of eachother then added an old fashioned on top of that. you have no idea the mess with one long john with no icing & one long john with icing on both sides & the old fashioned became a maple old fashioned my daughter got a maple long john & another regular donut and hers were also totally stick together & long john was in half, sounds like a wacky thing to complain about but It was super frustrating. id like to reiterate that service was otherwise good & we love your donuts. read more

I have been multiple times and I love the donuts. Everything is so good. It might be a little pricy but you are getting the quality for it. The cotton candy donut is insane! It's so good. So is maple bacon, and really all of them. Not a fan of some of the cream filled ones but that's a me problem and other people said they were great. It's also really spacious for a donut shop. Really Cool set up! You can see the employees making the donuts and sweet treats as you walk-in/ wait in line. They have a lot of options to choose from, even donut holes. The I tried the "Old Fashioned" and it was delicious to the last bite. It was not too dense or too fluffy. The glaze was great, not like some where it flakes on your fingers or tastes off. The red velvet was really good too. It was like a slice a cake but not overly sweet and the cream cheese icing was spot on. I was pleasantly surprised this place was not crowded on a Sunday morning. They have a ton of variety from glazed to cake with fancy candy. I highly recommend the twix donut. The strawberry cheesecake donut had actual Graham cracker pieces. After reading other reviews on their coffee I didn't give it a try. They are losing one star from me due to the bathrooms. My customers always insist they are "on a diet" but no one is on a diet when there are a dozen Hurts Donuts on the break room table. Hurts Donuts is a cute donut shop that features fun, decorated donuts with both traditional flavors and plenty of non traditional flavors too. My personal favorites are The Homer, a pink frosted and rainbow sprinkled yeast donut followed by their Cosmic Brownie donut, a double chocolate cake donut chocolate frosted to perfection and topped with little colored chocolate bites... so. much. chocolate. SO GOOD! I haven't tried their cinnamon roll that is as big as my face.
