This is my favorite DD, it is close to work and I really look forward to my favorites which include a hot Latte! Unfortunately the steamer has been broken for over a month so I have been disappointed. I feel worse for the gal working because she has to tell everyone in line the bad news. It's great! This Dunkin deserve 5 starts. The place is always clean, lots of the merchandise is available and organized, and the stuff are very friendly. I like this one more than the other two locations in QC. Plenty of rooms to visit friends, read books, and studying etc. read more

went to dunkin this morning at 7:30am, i ordered their new churro coffee as well as a sandwhich for my partner and some of the brekafast potatoes, the service was great and the lady at the window smiled and told me the price of my order before taking my card which i appreciated. my potatoes were cold and soggy which wasnt a big deal they mostly always are and it was quite busy, but my coffee was definitely not almond milk, i have a lactose intolerance and the coffee came with whip cream(i shouldve specified but its okay because i removed it), i attempted to enjoy my coffee but before i was able to finish even half of it, the symptoms kicked in causing me to puke up my coffee and potatoes which was disgusting. one thing that can make service better is to adhere to the order people place, veganism aside some people who order dairy alternative do so because they physically cant have dairy. read more

First, let me say, I am a Dunkins Fanatic. I love the brand and I love the coffee. This location is the WORST I have encountered. On my first visit, there was only on person working the counter at 7:10 A.M. There were two customers ahead of me. The clerk screwed up the order of customers 1. The second person ordered a box of Joe, and the place came to a halt emptying coffee pots. Finally, when I ordered a large iced and a large hot, both with extra cream, I received one hot coffee black, with sugar and a large iced with barely any cream. because the ordeal started at 7:10 and I received my coffees at 7:28 (with two people ahead of me) Like a fool, I went back today (see the Dunkin's Fanatic comment) and NO ONE was working the counter, but the drive through clerk took my order in between drive thru orders. Bad, bad, bad... Went to this Dunkin location Saturday morning 5/15/2021. 5 vehicles in line. 15 minutes just to get to the intercom. Waited 2-3 minutes to get someone to ask what I wanted one at the intercom. Ordered an iced coffee, no problem. Started to order sandwich and was told "I'm not serving hot food". (All I really wanted was a hot sandwich) at this point I thought that I would cancel my order and go someplace else but, I had no way to get out of line to leave. Trapped like a rat. I waited another 10 minutes to get to the window. (25 + minutes in line now, if you're counting... For a $3.50 order) I asked the clerk her name (Leeann) and suggested to her she should post a sign to let people know they're not serving hot food so they wouldn't have their expectations blasted after waiting in line. She got "pissy" and said she's short staffed and walked away from the window. I understand that it's hard to find "good" employees but... If she's management and has this attitude with customers who, by the way, pay her wages by buying products, then I understand why she's short staffed. I wouldn't work for her... This location is particularly awful, no one has any urgency, the restaurant is always closed, So you have to sit in a ridiculously long drive through line. Terrible service. I was in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes this morning just to get a cup of coffee. Once you're in line you are trapped & can't leave due to the way the drive thru is set up. I am a regular at this location. There are a few stellar employees here who are quick and accurate and are very kind (their kindness is the reason I frequent this location). These ladies could be doing better than working at DD and I would hire them in a heartbeat if I had a business to staff. The others are rude and slow. I can tell from the other side of the counter that their attitudes drag everyone else down. Terrible! We tried to get coffee here at 2pm on a Saturday. Pulled up to the drive through and the person said it would be a few minutes that they were changing out the registers. We thought it would be 2-3 minutes. Over 15 minutes later and still nothing. We asked over the loud speaker how much longer. We were told we still need to get the drawer counted down and you can leave if you don't want to wait. By this time there was now 5-6 cars behind us. I don't mind this Dunkin location. Drive thru can be a little slow, but I've always received pleasant service inside and through the drive. I only get doughnuts here, their coffee is too strong for my tastes and the cold coffees usually have way too much sugar. The doughnuts are good for a stop that's not out of my way. read more

I started a delivery from Dunkin' to deliver something for my husband on Valentine's Day. I ordered through DoorDash and after 30 minutes, my order still said " waiting for confirmation from Dunkin' " Needless to say, I did not want to wait any longer than that just to CONFIRM my order, let alone deliver it. I can't imagine they would be so busy at 3:20 pm that they didn't receive or notice my order. Now I have to wait 5-7 days for a refund. I will never be ordering from here again!!
