Everytime I go to this dunkin their ovens are off, which is shitty bc I only go there for the food. I asked the worker if there's a specific time they shut them down, and she got an attitude with me, and said between 5 and 630. At that point, why even stay open until 7 ‍ I work nights, so occasionally I'll go to dunkin on my days off, after doing some errands, and I stg the last 5 times I went their ovens have been shut down, even though they're supposed to stay open for atleast another hour. I understand fast food, and wanting to go home at a certain time, but that just seems like bad business to me, and IK if I did that at my job, somebody would get fired lol. This is a nasty place they have roaches crawling around in they don't wash hand spoons that are used to stir customers drinks never clean coffee containers never get cleaned please be mindful where you spend your money its money over customers with these guys read more

The sourdough breakfast sandwich is incredible make sure to ask them to toast the bread well! This is a go to road trip breakfast food for us, keeps you filled up till dinner. read more

I hate the Silvis Dunkin with a passion. They never fail to mess up my order, fill the cup with ice when I order light ice, and overload on cream. Moline Dunkin is 1000% worth the extra drive/time when you have it and they know how to properly make menu items. read more

This Dunkin used to be amazing. Great customer service and the coffee was made just right. However that is not the case anymore. They obviously have a high turnover rate and most of the employees and managers are new. Almost none of them know how to make it properly now! One lady is extremely rude and if it's too cold for her she won't even open the window. She will make you talk to her with the window closed while your talking with your window down. Oh and if she hasn't had an order in hours she won't start the oven for you. "I don't want to start the oven for just one order, you know." My order is always messed up and over priced. My coffee is always disgusting. I will not be going here ever again, I don't recommend to anyone. How sad! I used to come frequently for great coffee for a great price. Honestly your better off going to the gas station for coffee and donuts. It will be cheaper and you'll actually know what your getting. read more

How can coffee almost always be bad at a coffee place? I've had Dunkins for years, but this place is just off. Literally only get the donuts or a bottled beverage of you go to this location. Coffee often taste burnt, drinks are not made as ordered & the poor staff that are there are frazzled because there's hardly enough people to do 1/2 of what they are trying. Quite a disappointing experience. Me and my friends had ordered a medium iced coffee with caramel, cream, and sugar with munchkins on the side. The munchkins were dry and stale. The iced coffee was decent but the sugar would stay at the bottom of the cup no matter how much my friend stirred it. Next time, I'll take my coffee to the one near the avenue of the cities. read more

While I love Dunkin Donuts this store needs serious help. Not enough staff. Staff they have is new and inexperienced. Long wait times for simple items. Orders are frequently incorrect. Consistently out of menu items. Have had issues on several visits. This time I ordered 3 iced coffee and 1 iced tea lemonade. We got 2 iced coffees the they ran out of lemonade so we opted for raspberry iced tea. Apparently they are out of raspberry iced tea so they gave us a cup of water with ice and a tea bag. Talk about gross. They offered another drink but we didn't want one and no refund or credit was offered. The last drink they completely forgot about so we had to reorder and it did not taste like a normal iced coffee. All of this took 15 mins and we were the only ones at the counter. Management needs to take a serious look at this store. Makes me sad because I love Dunkin. read more

If you order a large iced coffee you expect a large iced coffee - yet again they ran out of cups and this time they gave me a "large iced coffee" in an extra large hot coffee cup - so they charged me the same amount for less coffee! Great experience at the Silvis Dunkin Donuts this morning. The power went out at 5 am in our whole town. With no idea of when it would be back, we drove the nine miles and walked in for a dozen donuts and coffee to go. We like picking out our donuts. The staff member that waited on us was very friendly, welcoming, and totally engaged. He had a great sense of humor and really brightened our morning. The donuts were fresh, the full selection was available, and the coffee hit the spot! We will be back. read more

I've had 2 excellent visits and the customer service is AMAZING! The first time I thought it was an anomaly that the young man greeted me with "how are you today" followed by a smile and "have a beautiful day." But I visited again today and the young lady was just as friendly and engaging and I left once again with a smile on my face (both times before 7 am). I have been coming here since it opened. 6 days a week faithfully . The last month employees have been slacking. Coffee tastes bitter. Went today and kid handed me money open handed and it blew onto parking lot. He laughed while i tried to catch my money. I had already sat in line for 15 min waiting and he laughed at me. Then the other kid started laughing at me. I called to complain and ashley said she had no idea when a manager would be available as they werent allowed to look at schedule till that week was current. I have been coming to this location since I moved here about 3 years ago, and at first being new to town we were at Dunkin almost every morning, the coffee and customer service was on point. About 6 months later I noticed the friendly staff had been changed and I heard rumors the store changed management. Ever since that point in time, I can't remember a day I go there and my order isn't wrong and I think maybe 2 out of a dozen times my coffee order hasn't been wrong. Still never have issues with customer service, but I've had to stop going because it was just a waste of money going there and every order being wrong, I was throwing coffee away because mainly i would order a latte and it would be coffee and sugar thrown into a cup and it's like they don't think you're going to notice the difference. Now I barely go. Something needs to change or they're going to continually lose business. read more

Every time I go there they don't have something. Twice they didn't have ice coffee cups. I get there today they don't have Donut's, Donut's or extra large cups. They told me they didn't have croissants to make the southwest sandwich and another time they didn't have the seasoning for the sandwich. This place make all other Dunkin donuts look really bad. read more
