That is what I call HORRIBLE customer service and there is Absolutely, No excuse. I have a strong customer service/sales/marketing background and this is really bad. I would Never do that to a potential customer. Another shop in Brighton saved me money by not returning my call. I HOPE YOU THINK TWICE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN GET THERE. I see a lot of reviews all over the internet where people are faulting service companies for long wait times but just know that they are probably just as frustrated as you are and they have NO control over the current situation of the supply chain.

He told me my car was totalled but wouldn't give me any details. He then turned to the next person to have a personal discussion in the middle of this. I had to interrupt to ask again for an estimate or any information for that matter. He let his own personal experiences with insurance companies dictate how I was treated. He told me he doesn't need my business and shooed me away like a fly. He also told me that he refuses to call insurance companies back because he feels it's an "insult to his intelligence" on pricing. If you have Progressive, steer clear. I will say his wife, Kathy, who was also working the office at the time, was very nice and helpful and did apologize on his behalf. But here I am two weeks into trying to get my car fixed and I get to start all over. Thanks Franklins!

They were so kind and informative through the whole process, from the time I took it in for an estimate, until I picked it up looking flashier than it was when I brought it in. This was my first time, dealing with this kind of repair with insurance and collision, and they handled all of it, from communicating with the insurance company, to keeping me informed of the progress, to making sure my car was shiny and beautiful for me upon pick up. The level of care and ownership these people took in their work was positively heartwarming. Whatever they are making, it's not enough. As some of these yelp reviews can attest to, these people are clearly the target of a lot of unnecessary abuse, but they were nothing but the penultimate professionals whenever I was there. The shop did not disclose that damage had been done to the muffler because the insurance would pay for the muffler but not the pipe. But they didn't offer the option to pay for the pipe myself until I drove the "all fixed" car for three days and realized something was wrong with the muffler. Everything went downhill from there, with a whole day wasted when they were supposed to fix the muffler but didn't get the parts to do it. The staff was surly and would not use my correct name. The manager argued with me about my experience when I complained and tried to gaslight me about what happened. Don't go here!

Graff is a select partner with my insurance company, and closest to my home so I went with them to get the work done. Such a great choice. They got the estimate done very quickly, only took them about 15 minutes and then provides it to my insurance company the next day (I went in at the end of the day). I was worried that my car was going to be totaled, due to the fact that it is an older car, and they worked to find used parts from other vendors to lower the estimate as much as they could - by about $600. I told my mechanic at the shop that I really wanted to save the car, as it was my great grandmothers and has been really good to me. He respected that and mentioned to me that he told the insurance company this as well which I thought was awesome. They also paid for my loaner for the time they were working on my car which was nice. Picked up the ol' Buick today and it looks great. They did great work and the car is riding very nicely. Paint matches on the new parts with what was on he car. Really happy with it. Communication with Graff was great during the whole process. From the estimate, to waiting for the parts to get in, to when the work was being done, and when the car was ready for pick up. Great job, Graff! Really happy that my car lives to see another day.
