Yes definitely 100% Very nice and friendly people Very good physiotherapist Like Matt I recommend him Thank you read more

***Long waits and rushed visits*** I've now been to Huntington Orthopedics four times, and the wait times are a real problem. My first visit had a 2+ hour wait, which I understood for a new patient. Visits two and three were better, with about 30 minutes of waiting each, but the doctor was only in the room for 5 to 10 minutes. Today was the worst. My appointment was at 2:30 PM and I wasn't taken back until 4:00 PM. That's an hour and a half past my scheduled time. If appointments aren't going to be honored, patients should be told upfront, or the office should schedule more realistically. Our time matters too. Physical therapy has been helpful, but the scheduling and wait times need serious improvement. read more

The front desk staff is friendly. They are attentive and work fairly quickly. My physical therapist, Brian Lee is "stupendous." He is very knowledgeable and kind. He's an asset to the business. read more

I had A knee replacement surgery by Dr George Tang. Unfortunately, my muscle tore causing my kneecap to dislodge frequently and so I had to have another surgery the following week. I am not going to comment on Dr Tang because I rarely saw him. I am recovering. I could have but I preferred his PA Dr Preet and her assistant Safa Halari. Their care for me and their concern for my pain has been off the charts! I can not say enough how thankful I am for their professionalism and their around the clock care. The office staff is friendly and have always greeted me often by name. I would return to Huntington Orthopedic because of the profound care that I received from these two ladies. I trusted them completely with my care and highly recommend going to this orthopedic clinic. The surgeon, Dr. Tang, has many patients and for the continued care after surgery was not necessary because of Dr Preet and her assistants Safa. Thank you!! read more

Yes the mri place . Do such great service . At the front desk very friendly and helpful. The Mei tech Ron also just great service. Lovely place just so clean and greasy. read more

I'd give four stars for reasonably competent orthopedic care, but zero stars for the front office/administrative side of the house that is hopelessly inept doing billing. I think I felt more pain dealing with incompetent office staff than I did from my bone fracture. I will not be seeing these people again. read more

My Initial experience was amazing, the staff is kind and easy to talk to (which still hasn't changed) on the first day I was given exercises to do, felt listened to. When I came in the next time, I was given the exact same set of exercises, but I noticed no one was actually paying attention to me, didn't know if my form was correct or not, didn't even seem to matter. My next 2 visits after that were more of the same. I was spending more time for someone to notice I had completed doing what they asked me to do, than actually doing the exercises. From the person attending to me asking what we had done THAT VERY SAME DAY and comments like "I don't care how many you do" it became extremely clear that they were very uninterested in the work at hand. It became further clear that not only was no one keeping a record of the treatment that we had done so far, but there was no plan in general. At this point I started feeling like my dog can ignore me just the same while I stretch and wondered why am I paying for the service I am receiving maybe 10% of the time I am there. Even when I raised my concerns with the person helping me and specifically asked for someone to address them, because I wasn't sure if this is common or not. I was left ignored and am now looking for somewhere else to complete the rest of my sessions. read more

They are knowledgeable, they are encouraging and they are kind. I was able to relax and focus almost immediately because of the positive people and environment. I enjoyed the casual conversation and when I had questions they had answers! Because of this team, I was able to avoid surgery, forever grateful. Thank you. read more

This place is great and staff here are friends but the down is that you have to pay parking. The parking structure is behind another parking lot. The parking cost about $6 the whole day. read more

I recently had foot surgery and the young gentleman that put my cast on is very experienced. He put my cast on like it was second nature to him. Fast and efficiently. I had foot surgery in another facility and that Doctor is old school but take so long to put on a cast. I would be there 2+ hours and at Huntington Orthopedics I was out in 45 minutes. Joshua Rosario put the cast in in 30 minutes or less. Great Job Joshua!!! read more

Huntington Orthopedics - Great Job Joshua! - Physical Therapy Near Me - Pasadena, California

My mom has had several hand surgeries and seen many different OTs, but her OT at Huntington Orthopedics has been the best she has seen. I almost want to keep it a secret; he's that good. The staff here is very attentive and kind. Only thing is I wish their uniforms had better upkeep. Can someone please get Brian a new jacket? He's had a hole in his elbow and we have been here for months! read more

I came here for about 6 weeks and very quickly felt comfortable and in the right hands. Dr Reyes was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to have a conversation with. If I'm ever in need of PT, I would definitely come back here. read more

Huntington Orthopedics is the place to go for physical therapy! My 12-week experience with Ernest here was awesome, and he helped me greatly with the pain in my shoulders. The team at Huntington Orthopedics were all friendly and attentive. Physical therapy was not something I expected to enjoy at all, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! Scheduling and rescheduling were simple and flexible. I appreciated how I was reminded of my appointment a few days and a few hours prior. This is a place that I highly suggest! Thank you all very much! I'm grateful for the wonderful experience and help!! :) read more

I'm writing this because I was really impressed with Joshua. Sometimes, you need to take the time to share positive review I have to say the first time I went to this facility I was not impressed with the staff ifelt rushed and no one took the time to let me know what was going on with my wrist the dr told me one thing and the dr assistant told me something else I got a splint out on I was in pain... went back a second time, and josh was very nice. Took time to answer my questions, and I had alot put another splint on. No pain... thank you josh! read more

Awful at scheduling and rescheduling patients. They get you an appointment in seconds but they're overbooked. In addition to overbooking appointments, they will also book an appointment for you when they totally won't be able to keep it. I have been rescheduled three times within the span of 4 days, due to technical difficulties with their MRI machine. The last time I was rescheduled I was not notified. I showed up to the appointment on time and was told they were not starting until noon that day. They also said they called and left a message; which was an outright fabrication as I did not receive a call, nor do I have an active voicemail box on my phone. Being rescheduled is inconvenient and frustrating. It's understandable when they are having technical difficulties, which they have been. However it is extremely unprofessional to lie about notifying the patient. I will update my review if or when I get an appointment that they don't yank out from under me, I mean, reschedule. Until then, try to go somewhere else. **UPDATE** I'm going to find another MRI center. This center continues to be unprofessional and uncaring. I keep having to call to check the status as these people have not updated me at all regarding their busted MRI machine. You would expect someone to call and say hey it's going to be another week until the machine is fixed but no, I have to chase them down and ask them for updates. read more

I had to take my son for an MRI, and I want to express my gratitude for such wonderful service to all the staff I encountered both days with the friendly and professional service of the front desk staff, Maria, and both technicians Ron and Maureen. I gave Maureen instructions to please help my son during the MRI by speaking to him throughout the exam and checking in to let him know how much time was left, she was very kind and did an excellent job to make sure my son was comfortable. My son was all smiles after the exam. Maria helped me by providing a copy of the exam and made sure all tests were on one CD so that the doctor will have the results in proper order. This is a good example of excellent customer service. I'm thankful to the staff here! Thank you! read more

I'm finishing up PT here for a ruptured quadriceps tendon. I will end up with about 12 visits over 6 weeks. Ernest has been great with me. He's very communicative, and he's a terrific listener. He has a really good memory and I think he pushes me well. The other people there are also great. They are a fun, relaxed and friendly group of physical therapists. I've had no problem scheduling or rescheduling appointments if necessary. I was dreading PT, but Huntington Orthopedic has made it easy. read more

I had a great experience working with Ernest for 12 weeks at Huntington Orthopedics. He is knowledgeable and funny. Michael oversaw my progress and Manny kept me on task everyday. This a group of very nice people. They are personable, professional and really improved my mobility after rotator cuff surgery. Thanks to them, I'm at about 95% mobility! Also, they were gracious about rescheduling my appointments when I needed and were very kind and accommodating. Once you arrive, they don't keep you waiting which also a big plus when you already have a hectic schedule. Thanks, guys! read more

Dr. Borenstein , performed my foot and ankle surgery this February. I, am officially , in week 7 ( this Thursday). I start physical therapy, tomorrow. I, am so happy with the care I have received from Dr. Borenstein . Dr.Borenstein has consistently been thorough, proactive , and patient. Dr. Borenstein explains all treatment plans , in great detail. He, is not dismissive , asks for feedback. (I felt like I was a partner in my care) . Dr. Borenstein , did not rush/ nor delay my surgery . Because, I had several bad joints. ( he had to tease out , where to fuse) not just rely solely on my mri / x ray scans. Because, of that I had one surgery. And, one recovery . I had a successful fusion., and I'm walking in a cam boot now. I also appreciate d Dr Borenstein's honesty, because this was a painful procedure , and I needed to know that . So , I knew what to expect.Dr Borenstein's office/ Huntington- cedars ( in Pasadena ) provide you with an info packet not only about post op care, but rental of equipment ( I did not have to purchase a k we scooter( the office lets you know where you can get one loaned( free). My experience, at Huntington , overall was pretty good. I just feel very fortunate. That I'm receiving such great care st Huntington Orthopedic's. Could not be happier!! Thank you, Dr Borenstein', and Daniel G. ( Dr's medical assistant) . Josh, was also so empathetic, and patient with my casting/ removal ( as well as the other medical / nursing assistant's read more

I was under the care of Dr. Borenstein for a sports injury. The team was caring, kind, and personable, especially when I was under pain and probably wasn't the best-tempered patient in the beginning! Dr B is willing to listen and took the time to answer my questions throughout the recovery period. Shoutout to the medical assistants & bedside nurses as they accompanied me to the surgery. They made the whole ordeal much easier to bear. Will definitely recommend. read more

I had a bad experience here. They asked me to bring a full copy of my x-rays and my records which I gave to them when I got there. On my 3rd appointment I asked them for them and they told me that they had thrown them away. Without telling me! On my first appointment Dr. Ackeret stayed with me less than a 10 minutes. On my second appointment he stayed with me less than 5 and when I asked him something he told me to hurry up and speak quickly; then after me he went with an Anglo patient, and he even sat down to joke with him. It's been over 5 months and I still haven't gotten my blood work results which I paid for and they asked for them! I called Natasha the nurse assistant different times and twice she asked me if I had them because they didn't have them. I just gave up. I won't be going back there. I thought that because it was where Huntington Hospital is it was going to be ok but sadly it was a bad experience. I pray that if I ever have to go back there that everything is better. read more

Terrible place!!! Would tell you no appointments were available for rest of Nov. Then when you showed up in 1st and 2nd week Dec. there were barely 3-4 patients on the floor and they made you wait 10-20 minutes in the lobby when several aides standing idle doing nothing. The Director of PT would show up the last 3 minutes and dismissed you 10 minutes before 60 minute session. 3rd week Dec. you showed up slight over 15 minutes late and they claimed they already took the next patient who showed up early and forced you to leave. In between, front desk would call you to tell you you ran out of referrals. They would insist that you don't do PT the same day as your doctor's appointment so you would have drive twice and double the gas. read more

A huge call out to Dr. Jo and his exemplary staff at Huntington Orthopedics! I had a major injury and was treated by Dr. Jo both in the hospital and then for the past months at the Fair Oaks location. You are in the hands of an expert from start to finish and you feel like part of the treatment plan. Stellar facility, state of the art. Yet on top of all of that, without exception the most efficient doctor's office I have ever experienced. Dr. Jo's staff are available, informed, professional, kind, supportive. It is also a one-stop office in terms of access to Dr. Jo, his staff, x-rays, equipment for orthopedics, billing, referrals. I really cannot say enough positive things about Huntington Orthopedics, Dr. Jo, his staff, and the facility. Thank you for such quality care and for sure a positive health provider experience. You are truly appreciated. read more
