I had a lot going locate the ticket to get my ticket number before I the ticket the young lady that answered the phone said that she was not gonna be hanging on the motherfucking phone too long waiting on to locate a damn ticket before I knew it I told her bitch you got a problem D say I gave her the ticket number and she never remade my food and sent it out. I have been in Mobile several times in the past couple of months. On 3 occasions I ordered a Greek Salad from Hungry Howie's on Airport Blvd. They were delicious and loaded with fresh tasting ingredients, put together perfectly. I was able to find out that Dominic (*sp) made all three salads. Everyone was very pleasant. When I told the young lady that first greeted me how much I loved their salads, she went and got Dominic so I could tell him myself. My order was ready when they promised. Manager and delivery driver lied and said they delivered the pizza to me when I have a camera to prove they clearly did not. Manager refused to look at my camera evidence and claimed the delivery driver recognized me but how when they never came to my door???? Manager then put me on the do not deliver list instead of checking the very clear evidence of my camera. Awful experience, manager very rude and didn't seem to care about the lying. I ordered a pizza on Saturday January 28, 2022. The said delivery would be in 1 1/2 hours. I waited called back after the 1 1/2 hours. Good middle grade pizza. When you need a lot of pizza for a party this is the way to go. Price is good for bulk and love the flavored butter cheese crust. There works is great with butter cheese crust. My friends love the Cajun crust also but not for me. Great take out one topper for like 5-6 bucks. Huge disappointment, hardly edible. On 5/28/2020 i bought a "Howie Special" medium size pizza with original crust in the thin version. (At 6353 Cottage Hill Rd. store in Mobile, AL). This pizza includes pepperoni, ham, mushroom, green pepper, and red onion. It tasted bad. The ingredients were not fresh. They smelled and tasted old. I ate one piece and was afraid to eat any more and it went into the trash. The pizza cost $20.60 with tax and included delivery charge and 15% tip. Regarding the very poor quality, I called the Howie's corporate headquarters to speak to customer service (1-248-414-3300), but they were having an unusual high call volume and the wait time was stated to be over 10 minutes. I did not want to wait that long so i am posting on Yelp. I will certainly never buy a Howie's again or recommend them. I will be sure to pass this information along to others. read more

I'm beyond upset. I make an $80 order, they miss an entire box. So I wait 35 minutes to get the missing items with zero apology or anyone offering to fix the situation. On top of that, the cookies and thin crust pizza were raw and I had to put them back in the oven to even try to unsuccessfully salvage them. So 80 dollars for waiting 2 hrs for inedible food. Ordered two pizza's last night for delivery and they were there within 30 minutes! The delivery guy was super nice, and the pizza came basically straight out of the oven. I have been trying to get in contact with the General Manager for this location. The delivery driver STOLE $10 from me by changing the tip on the credit card receipt. At first, I thought it was a mistake and a harmless error that would be corrected promptly. Upon speaking to various people, they obviously had no intention of fixing it. They claimed to have to speak with someone else every time and the names continuously changed. I have requested the owners contact information to inform him as to how his business is being represented. I have yet to receive this information. Hopefully this review will reach the owner and he will investigate the business practice of this location. It is not about the money, it is not only the principle. It is against the law to alter a credit card receipt without the knowledge of the owner of the card. I will NEVER order from any of these establishments again.
