First and foremost, I was defrauded by John Estefano of the treatment plan made in July 2022. Half of my work was completed by February 2023 by a hope and prayer. Worst experience ever. The remaining work to be completed are three implants that I will never get from this company because John Estefano, the registered agent for Humanity Dental has embezzled money from the company. He didn't pay his employees, the lease on the office space, the software license for the practice, or the utilities. I said to him the day I handed him a check for over $20k that I had a bad feeling and would probably be one of those people you see on the new who got taken advantage of. Now the person who is supposed to be taking care of this company and help make me whole again is doing exactly what other online reviews of him say, nothing. Whitholding that name at this time. I came to Dr. Lee because I had a bad experience at another dental office regarding a referral to see a specialist. Dr. Lee professionally assessed my situation via X-rays and observation of my teeth. He was able to give me his professional opinion within 5 minutes. He gave me a plan of action and immediately put my mind at ease. His dental assistant was excellent. I could tell she was very familiar with filling out referral forms. As a matter of fact she had me sign for authorization in case it was needed for the oral surgeon. He has updated equipment in his office and it was a very pleasant experience. I haven't been to a dentist in a few years. Thought I should get checked up so I went to a dental office in Brea. They told me I need a deep cleaning and quoted me over $2,400. They kept on trying to sell this to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I know I haven't been to a dentist in a long time but this just seemed ridiculously overpriced. I came here to Best Care Dental for a second opinion. Best decision I made this year! He checked my teeth out and I didn't even need a deep cleaning. The other dental office tried to up sale me. Came for initial appointment with Dr Lee. Straight off he said he doesn't like Medi-Cal, so why open your office to patients with Medi-Cal. Dr Lee and the staff definitely will make you feel unwanted in their office. He didn't perform a full evaluation of my teeth. He wanted me to tell him treatment I needed. Really!?! I've been in the dental industry for 20 years and this doctor is not thorough by any means, unless you have insurance he can get a big payment from. He's all about the money and not quality care. Beware of his recommendations if you have PPO insurance. He will definitely enhance your treatment plan for a bigger pay out from your insurance company. read more

Changing dentists. Horrible. I've come here many times complaining of certain teeth hurting and he never took X-rays of them, just looked visually and said nothing is wrong with them, no cavities. I trusted him because he's a dentist and would know, or should know. Next thing I know I go in for an emergency appointment because I woke up with excruciating tooth pain, even just the inside of my lip touching it gave me unbearable pain. I go in and next thing I know, I am being referred to a specialist and in seeing the specialist we come to find I need a root canal that stemmed from a cavity. VERY expensive on my end that could have been avoided if the general dentist did his job, correctly. read more

Dr. Lee is hands down the best dentist I've ever had. My previous dentist stuck a camera in my mouth and told me I had eight cavities. This just didn't sound right and I went to Dr. Lee for a second opinion. I found out that most of the "cavities" the other dentist found were stains and I only really had two cavities. My previous dentist was about to drill up to six unnecessary holes in my teeth! Dr. Lee has been my dentist for the last 12 years and I would not trust my teeth to anyone else.
