Despite the challenge, Dr. Nouri remained patient, focused, and determined throughout the entire process, which took about two hours. During the procedure, she consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her care and attention truly made a difference. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Her assistant was also incredibly supportive and comforting, working seamlessly alongside Dr. Nouri the entire time. After the procedure, I was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication, along with clear instructions. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Nouri carefully checked my healing, smoothed out part of the bone graft area, and made sure everything was progressing well. She took the time to explain everything in detail and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They even found a charm that had fallen off in the chair and kindly texted me to ask if it was mine, letting me know they would safely hold onto it for me. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot. I truly felt cared for and valued as a patient. Thank you to everyone at Modern Dental for such a positive & great experience.

I just had 2 small cavities taken care of yesterday and I went in there with such ease knowing I was in good hands based on my previous experience with Dr. Akkari. Once again, the whole process was completely pain free and I was out of there in less than an hour (the procedure itself was at most 15 minutes). Also, I cant understand why there are a few negative reviews about their receptionists. Rita has always been super sweet & I can't remember the other ladies name but they have always been super polite and helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, checking in & helping me get a referral to an oral surgeon. And as always, his dental assistants are kind & gentle as well.

After the exam, I was told I had two cracked fillings and several small cavities, and that all of the work could be completed that same day. During the procedures, I experienced severe, intense pain when drilling began. The pain occurred repeatedly as work moved from one area of my mouth to another. Additional Novocain was administered only after I reacted to the pain, and drilling then continued. The pain was significant enough that I had a verbal outburst, which is not something I typically do, but it reflects how intense the experience was for me in the moment. Based on this experience, I would not return to this office. I left this review on another site, and rather than engaging with my experience, the office chose to defame me by saying that my review was based on discrimination. I was very disappointed when I saw that. My sole intent was to share my experience at that office with that staff. That is all. I will not allow them to silence me. So, I post that exact review here. You are obviously free to have your own opinion.
