Despite the challenge, Dr. Nouri remained patient, focused, and determined throughout the entire process, which took about two hours. During the procedure, she consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her care and attention truly made a difference. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Her assistant was also incredibly supportive and comforting, working seamlessly alongside Dr. Nouri the entire time. After the procedure, I was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication, along with clear instructions. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Nouri carefully checked my healing, smoothed out part of the bone graft area, and made sure everything was progressing well. She took the time to explain everything in detail and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They even found a charm that had fallen off in the chair and kindly texted me to ask if it was mine, letting me know they would safely hold onto it for me. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot. After the exam, I was told I had two cracked fillings and several small cavities, and that all of the work could be completed that same day. During the procedures, I experienced severe, intense pain when drilling began. The pain occurred repeatedly as work moved from one area of my mouth to another. Additional Novocain was administered only after I reacted to the pain, and drilling then continued. The pain was significant enough that I had a verbal outburst, which is not something I typically do, but it reflects how intense the experience was for me in the moment. Based on this experience, I would not return to this office. I left this review on another site, and rather than engaging with my experience, the office chose to defame me by saying that my review was based on discrimination. I was very disappointed when I saw that. My sole intent was to share my experience at that office with that staff. That is all. I will not allow them to silence me. So, I post that exact review here. Today was my first visit to this dental practice. With Covid and everything going on, nobody can…read moresee a patient for weeks, if not months. This business is not local to me but in desperation to find someone to look at my tooth, I called them. A nice girl named Caitlin answered the phone and told me they were booked at least a month out. I explained my situation and after putting me on hold, she was able to squeeze me in for an exam within two days. She made sure to tell me they may not be able to perform the work needed right away. Whatever. At least I am moving in the right direction. She offered to email me all forms and authorizations so that when I came in, they could see me right away and not take a bunch of time with paperwork. Super convenient! I wish all doctors and dentists did this. I arrived today for my exam/evaluation at 11am and was greeted at the door with a smile (no pun intended). I did not have a mask and was politely told it was their policy to protect their other patients, which I understand. I literally did not wait more than five minutes until being taken to the back for x-rays. I had Rosanna take my x-rays and she had heard from Caitlin that I was very nervous but not to worry. She originally took x-rays of the tooth in question but decided we might as well go through and do x-rays of all of my teeth. I know they were really squeezing me in but they took the time to go the extra mile rather than have me come back for a regular check-up. She was really nice and efficient. I always waited for her to say "bite down" before biting down. Of course, I failed to do this at the end and bit her finger. I couldn't be more apologetic and embarrassed. She told me she works with kids all the time and has gotten used to it. I now recognize she saw me as a 35 yr old kid, afraid of the dentist office. Afterwards Dr. Tran came in and quickly assessed a cavity as well as two other ones. I knew there were probably a couple others but no pain meant no rush. He recommended we get all three done at one time to limit the visits needed or further complications of them getting worse. He couldn't have been more gentle with my apprehension when looking in my mouth. He came in almost immediately after the x-rays were done. That never seems to happen. I found this practice to probably be the quickest, most efficient, honest and above-all, conscious of my immediate need for help. I understand doctors that do this for repeat patients but to squeeze me in and I've never visited the office before? Unheard of. Not local but I would/will make the drive for this group anytime. From the receptionist to the assistant/hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was world-class. I cant thank them enough. I'll update with a review on how my filling goes!
