As you walk in to the office you'll notice the cleanliness and how welcoming it is. LIZ at front desk has been nice and helpful with helping me check in and scheduling. I was able to get seen by Dr Emily Camacho & Dental hygienist for a deep clean w/ gum treatment in the same day They have really cool and new technology especially with the X-rays and scans they do. Dr Emily Camacho, is very nice and very knowledgeable with what is best for your oral hygiene Dental hygienist Nastran Oweity was so informative before my deep clean and was very nice. Cavities that were not filled properly, crowns that were placed crooked with cement left all over my gums and much more. They never spent time looking into my issues. I recently had a cavity refilled that they originally filled. The cavity was already broken after less than 2 years and they did not take out the entire cavity. They left so much of it under the filling i almost needed a root canal. This is a terrible office where they barely care for your teeth. They are lazy and quick with everything that they do - cleanings, fillings, crown palcements. They care about getting as many patients in and out of their office, to make as much money as possible. If you care about your teeth, do not come here.

This dental clinic refuse to release copies of my dental X-rays, after I requested them to provide to my new dentist. These dental X-rays are part of this patients dental records and have been paid for by her dental insurance.

In the past, I have had so many bad experiences with dentists ignoring pain signals, rushing through everything without pausing to explain anything, and even recommending unnecessary invasive procedures. Thank you so much to Joanna, Stephanie and Dr. Armin for helping me today. I went in with a lot of embarrassment and worry after neglecting my cleanings for two years, expecting the worst. The entire team was kind and patient with me, and I had the most thorough exam and cleaning I have ever had in my life. They have all the new equipment and offer excellent explanations. Stephanie the hygienist was so compassionate and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Joanna even came in and reviewed the exact cost of the recommended treatment plans, including what is covered and not covered by insurance. Truly transparent. The biggest frustration was the lack of communication. There were several times they said they would call my wife back about her insurance or the next step in treatment, but they never did. We always had to call them ourselves to get updates. Everything also seemed to take a really long time. The wait times were long, and the overall treatment process just dragged on much longer than we expected. The front desk staff was always nice and courteous, but the office just didn't seem very efficient. I will say this though: one of the younger dentists who did my crown was excellent. He had a darker complexion and I think he may have been Korean. He was very pleasant, took his time, and was easy to work with. I really appreciated him. Unfortunately, not everyone in the office provided that same level of service. We've since switched to another dental office, and the difference has been night and day. Much better communication, much more organized, and everything gets done in a timely manner.
