He is done with his treatment while I still have a few more months since I started a bit later. I also had a longer treatment period, just given I had more trays and wore my aligners longer to stay on track based on my wear time per day. CONSULTATION The consultation was fantastic. We loved how friendly the staff was - we had chatted with Kim and she has been incredibly helpful from the beginning before we signed on. She also helped with the details of insurance and financing since I had an insurance change in 2025. Dr. Bock is also friendly and I appreciate his sense of humor and expertise. ISSUE This week, I went back for a visit. Transparently, we've been busy and moved out of Orange County, and therefore it has been more difficult to come in on a weekday. Greeted by the friendly staff and Jessica was awesome. This was my first time chatting with her on the chair and she provided a lot of context on my remaining treatment. 10/10 - love her! I spoke to Kim after as planned since we had corresponded on the phone that there may have been an unexpected pause to my insurance plan. Ultimately, it was due to being a new year, and I needed to share updated insurance information since it was a different plan from the same provider (company offered different plans in the new year, which is not uncommon). This was where things went south. Kim looped in a lady which handled billing. I did not catch her name, but she was asked to help identify what insurance I currently have on file to see if I needed to share updated information. Her attitude was not received well - she was incredibly rude and seemed upset that she has to re-bill my insurance given this change. My treatment is taking longer than expected and I had a job change in 2025, so I had two insurances on file. She acted like it was an inconvenience and I had to stand up for myself and let her know that isn't something that is within my control. All I did was renew my coverage offered by my company, with the same provider in the new year. Its a shame given the rest of the staff have also been well liked by both my partner and I. It is quite ridiculous in that we are coming in to give you our business but receive this type of treatment. It just left a bad taste in my mouth.

I really like this place. Dr. Bock is a one of a kind Orthodontist. He's so great, kind, and funny. All of their staff are super personable and warm. There's nothing I don't like about this place. They even have a small arcade in the waiting room for bored siblings. I really love their service and what they do.

They are easy to schedule and change appointments if needed and everyone is just so kind. I really wanted to fix my smile before my wedding and had a somewhat of a tight timeframe (in tooth years anyway) to get my teeth looking nice! Dr. Matt said - bet. We started Invisalign and I wore those things as much as possible and sure enough, my teeth looked great! Invisalign is a tedious process, but definitely worth it in the end. The office is clean, modern, and they always have a Disney classic on the TV to watch while you wait. The brush station is helpful to get rid of any potential coffee breath with options of mint toothpaste, disposable toothbrushes and mouthwash, so no stress as you finish your coffee on the way to your appointment. As an adult, making an orthodontic appointment can maybe feel weird, but trust me...just do it. They make it easy, comfortable and you deserve a great smile at any point in your life!

Dr Lee does…read morenot feel comfortable providing even a basic cleaning to 1st/3rd trimester pregnant women despite all major guidelines including American Dental Association and ACOG (ob gyn guidelines) ensuring it is perfectly safe and strongly recommended. It's extremely important that pregnant women get routine cleanings during their pregnancy as they are at increased risk of gum disease. Dr Lee chooses to go against all major guidelines and enforce his own policy denying pregnant women important dental care that they need. I find this to be a red flag, if he's uncomfortable doing a basic cleaning for someone who's pregnant, I wonder if he is truly confident in his skills as a dentist overall.

No X-ray was done, and the consultation felt very rushed. The dentist didn't take the time to explain anything properly or make me feel at ease. Overall - I don't feel this clinic is worth considering for treatment, especially if I'm going to be spending thousands. Patients deserve better care and professionalism, and I believe that can be found elsewhere.
