Disgusting grill food trap

The server was fine, but the condition of the grill while our food was being cooked was absolutely appalling. Really disgusting conditions. When Leron was the owner, it never looked like this. You can really tell there's new management. Service levels have even gone down because it used to be busy at lunch even on a weekday like today but it's barren.

Had a wonderful lunch experience here. Was so cheap like $12.99 per person as much as you can eat at the grill. Love how fresh the options were.

Coolest. Place. Ever. This was my first time at any Mongolian grill and HuHot did not disappoint. My friends and I walked in and were seated immediately. After the waiter explained how the restaurant works we jumped up ready to get our first plates. It's a buffet style grill. You choose your noodles, toppings, and sauces. The cool thing is that they have tons of options and even have little recipe cards if you need ideas. I decided to make it up as I went. Usually I'm pretty picky, but everything was labeled well so I wasn't nervous about trying anything. You can go up as many times as you want and we definitely took advantage of that. If not for the food then for the banter from the cooks. They had three cooks around a giant circle grill and they were hilarious. I could sit and listen to them all day. They got us all involved in the conversation and made the experience even more fun than it already was. I wish I lived closer to a HuHot grill - I'd go all the time!

This place was super yummy! It's all you can eat for $15/person for dinner. You build your own plate, pasta or rice, meat and veggies, pick your sauce and they cook it up for you on the grill Infront of you. Lots of varieties. I had three plates lol. Def a good price.

My fiancee and I joke about getting the HuHots after eating here. Dare you to find someone who doesn't.

I love the food and selection! I've always received good service! If you don't like the food that YOU select, you can only blame yourself.

Not bad but $16.73 (including 18% tip) is a bit much. The inside was dimly lit with tables as you walk in and to the back. There is also an outside seating area. We ordered at the register and our food was brought out to us. The menu is easy to understand, but the staff was able to answer all of our questions and explain different menu items in detail. Everyone was nice and welcoming. I got the Hotstone Bibimbap (suggested by the lady who took my order because it continues to cook when served, making the rice crispy and vegetables hot. I chose white rice topped with bulgogi and spicy shrimp. For sauce, I chose Sesame and Kochi to a little add extra kick. I had the kimchi put to the side. It also came with a miso soup . This whole combination was so delicious. Stayed hot the entire time and was plenty enough to share. The Yaki Soba, which is a noodle dish, was also very flavorful, came out fresh and hot. The Japchae was equally delicious and full of flavor. The sweet potato noodle of this dish was different, but still pretty tastey. I recommend leaving this for the experienced eaters. Lastly, we tried the kimbap. It was a typical kimbap, nothing stood out. Everything came out fresh, cooked to order, and hot. The price for everything was very reasonable. I would dent come again.

My bad, I reviewed the wrong one, but I'm sure this location is good too! Here's my review from last year on the other location: I could tell by looking at the photos and reviews on Yelp that this place was going to be wonderful. Thankfully, when we finally gave it a shot, we were not disappointed. Talk about made fresh. Everything was so delicious and freshly prepared. Flavors were spot on. The service was fantastic. They always made sure that our drinks were filled and we had everything that we needed. My absolute favorite dish was the fried green beans with minced pork. Get it with extra minced pork and you'll love it. The steamed dumplings and pancake appetizer are also really good. Highly recommend! They also have clean restrooms with an extra large sink outside the restroom area so you can quickly wash your hands if you don't actually need to use the restroom. Pretty cool. We can't wait to go back for more!

I was at once both intrigued and more than a little doubtful. However, I've now been here half a dozen times (every time I visit Springfield) and I can say that most of what I've had has been extremely authentic, especially the spicy stuff! Having lived in LA and also in Asia, I'm pretty strict about what I am willing to call authentic. Corner 21 isn't perfect and a few of the dishes fell flat, but you won't find anything better in town. I'm giving it full marks for being such a pleasant surprise in a seriously unexpected place. edit: Almost forgot to mention that the portions are quite big. Portion sizes were definitely more Springfield size than big city sizes! Recommend - Szechuan Spicy Chicken, Dry Fried Green Beans, Traditional Sweet and Sour Pork, Szechuan Boiling Fish Don't recommend - Yang Zhou Fried Rice (It tasted fine, but it's supposed to use bbq and not spam)
