They are supposed to make sure all of their computers are password free before they sell them. When I discovered mine was password protected, I immediately notified them and they said to bring it back, that they'd get that fixed or replace my computer with a comparable one. My computer has 340gig HD and 4gig ram. The one they offered is 250 and 2, respectively. I said, no, I'd rather have them wipe the pwd from mine. They said it'd be next day. The next day, they had forgotten to call the computer guy till I reminded them at 3:30. The day after that, they sounded very disinterested in my problem and my computer. They told me the repair guy is in Greenville and isn't answering his phone. This problem is still unresolved.

Sometimes it is scary ordering printed items online, but their color is SPOT ON every time. I've ordered billboards and banners from them for numerous occasions. Debbie and Rebecca are a pleasure to deal with. They respond to my emails and questions right away and have helped me with mistakes on my end too. I had to cancel an order once because we changed an event and they were wonderful about it. As soon as I place my order they are ON IT. I get my proof, approve it, and it is printed and sent out in a couple of days. I never worry about meeting my deadlines with them, they upgraded to faster shipping for a great price so I could get my billboard a day sooner too. I won't order banners or billboards from anyone else, from small ones to big ones. Best quality and customer service that any kind of company could offer. I am a huge FAN!

I've been laundering my clothes here weekly for the past year and a half with wavering results,…read morefrom okay to poor. The friendliness of the staff fluctuates on a day to day basis, and the machines are usually broken. The interior is dingy at best, even for a laundry-mat. I've put up with the unsatisfactory conditions for so long because of how close it is to my home. Usually when the machines break down or quarters get stuck the staff will reluctantly give you a refund. However, today one of my quarters had gotten stuck in the dryer. After the owner started the dryer, both the owner and attendee insisted that I refund the owner for the additional quarter he had to insert to push my quarter through. I understand that they both suspected that I had not inserted the correct change, and I attempted to explain to them multiple times what had happened. The amount of the quarter itself is negligible. It's the attitude the owner and attendee have towards their customer that is unacceptable. Especially as they continued to gripe amongst themselves about the ordeal with me in earshot. As Someone who has managed businesses and worked in customer service for years. I would never have caused such an ill experience for a customer over a measly quarter. I don't understand how and why business owners in this town think that they can get away with treating their customers like garbage. This is far from the first time I've experienced terrible customer service in Paris. I'm more than willing to drive the extra mile and a half from now on to the laundry-mat down the road.
