He said "One of us will be with you as soon as we get free". The lobby had some very nice leather chairs, but we opted to stroll. We spent a few minutes browsing, and when it was our turn Kyle was quick to get us sorted as to the best device for us and the color we wanted. He had us processed and checked out quickly and then professionally went to moving over data from the old phone. He was extremely personable and chatted while we waited. Kyle presented exactly the level of service I've come to expect from Verizon. I get what I willingly pay a little extra for. I have never done business with them personally but did have one if their drivers run me off the road this morning. The driver was speeding and driving very reckless. After he failed to yield and ran me off the road at a high rate of speed he gave me the finger! I called his boss who is president of the comoany Mary Clubb and complained about her employees unsafe driving. I get a call back 10 minutes later, and she interrogated me on my driving while defending her employess actions after hearing the fabricated story her employee told her. If you ser one of these trucks on the road watch out! Very unprofessional all around in my opinion.
