They had the battery in stock, so away I went--with a card in my pocket for a free tempered glass upgrade to make up for my troubles. The store at 7401 S Shields Blvd ste e, Oklahoma City, OK 73149 made fast work of the install and I was out the door and on my way in less than 30 minutes. However, they forgot to tape down the new battery and by a week later it was clunking around in the case. Since I was out of town, I had to go to a different iphone repair place to fix that problem (the out of town repair shop didn't charge me, so it was more of the hassle than anything that earns these folks only 3 stars).

Very unprofessional, and I stand behind my review 100% and your comment to my review just demonstrates a lack of professionalism. I should have known better to use a business that does not stand behind their work. You would think if you are going to charge a customer $300 yo replace a screen you would at least use a quality product to replace it with. With the cost if everything going up, I hope this business is under new management that understands the meaning of good customer service and that they have either started using quality replacement parts or significantly lowered their price.
