However, they forgot to tape down the new battery and by a week later it was clunking around in the case. Since I was out of town, I had to go to a different iphone repair place to fix that problem (the out of town repair shop didn't charge me, so it was more of the hassle than anything that earns these folks only 3 stars).

None of which did I have the ability to pay on the spot. She also charged me double the $5 state fixed rate as she claimed it was "After Hours." I reminded her that I called her at 2:45pm, and she did not concede to only charging me the appropriate $5. I paid her once I got home and was able to via Zelle. He said he'd text me in a bit. I mean good on you but it was weird and awkward. I waited 2 hours to hear from him but I had to follow up only to her "screen touch doesn't work." Exactly what I told him in the beginning LOL. He said it would be $160 to repair for something that I already knew was wrong with it. I wish he would have just told me the price at the beginning so I didn't have to come back. When I did finally make it back there wasn't a "thank you, if you need anything come back," nothing... but "what's your work number." I can't speak to his abilities to repair things but the place looks a mess and customer service is meh. I normally don't leave reviews for every sub par experience I have but this time I wasn't impressed because my time was wasted all because he didn't listen to what I was saying.
