She did the paperwork on the hood of one of the automobiles in her front yard. Then she informed me that she only accepts cash, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle, but not debit/credit card. None of which did I have the ability to pay on the spot. She also charged me double the $5 state fixed rate as she claimed it was "After Hours." I reminded her that I called her at 2:45pm, and she did not concede to only charging me the appropriate $5. I paid her once I got home and was able to via Zelle. However, I won't be using her services again.

Well excuse me but I walked in with 9 pages each; i checked prior to walking in the building. $17.64 out of my $$$ a waste as she lost part of my document and didn't fax what I provided. But my husbands stayed low. We figured out she was using the wrong ss for his user account. She is all about money and not the client. We pay $340 a month with a large down payment to have our credit repair. She allows no lead way as far as payments and has threatened us that if we don't make them on time to damage our credit in the middle of a mortgage. I would not recommend using her.
