She stated, "the Post Master has far more important things to deal with than a few houses GETTING THEIR MAIL". When I attempted to question her about this, assuming of course, that is PRECISELY their job, without cussing & barely raising my voice, SHE HUNG UP ON ME! WOW... just wow. Our mail was stopped for nearly 2 weeks due to our neighbors dog being out. No attack or even threat but, whatever, safety 1st. Designer dogs have teeth also. Unfortunately her work misunderstood her time off request and we needed to change the date/time of her appointment. It wasn't a problem! They scheduled her in the next day. When we showed up we ended up being a half hour late because of my writing down the wrong time, that too did not seem to be a problem for them. I know working with the public (especially if the public views this service as more of an inconvenience for them) is a difficult job and can make customer service a hard thing to keep up, but these guys were pros! They did let me know we actually missed our appointment but did their best to fit us in even though it was our fault. Will be coming to these guys with any and all future tag agency business. Thanks guys!
