Back in July of this year (4/30/2025) I had called them to ask if they did apostilles and help me with Affidavits, they said they did, I said great! I had come back home to visit family this week (9/13/2025) and get it out of the way as well, I called them yesterday *and* today (as of 9/16/2025) and they denied being able to do that. I found these people on Google but now you can't. I found this and I'm here to say that the person on the phone were rude yesterday, kept interrupting me, sent me to another place, and hung up on me when I had more questions to be answered. Today, I didn't bother as I recognized the same person and again, said they didn't do apostilles when asked, then sent me a number for another person. Not going to these people again, value is of service is not great. I find it funny because it says they do Apostilles here and when I found them on Google, obviously they don't want business and they can keep it that way. -100/10 experience.​ read more

No matter what business you have, what job you do, before anything you are person and should respect other people like a human being. I find this to be the most respectful and unprofessional person I've ever interacted with. The promptness to help was excellent, but just a few hours after hiring her for the 4 attempts of service I found out that the person was in a different state, and I kindly asked Makayla to charge me for the copies and the time of that first and only day. Total was $325 I asked only $100 back, I was gifting her $225 for an hr of her time. Not only I was refused, but I was also life threatened.
