I did complain as all three jobs we hired him to do were needing to be finished or changed. One of the jobs has still not been completed. I finally had to file a complaint. The owner responded with a few fibs. He reinstalled the latch on our gate, 1 (one) time, not 2-4. My husband bought a new heavier latch, as he had installed an every day small and inappropriate version. The latch still does not close. He said we had decided that the chicken wire was not needed along the bottom of the fence. That was never said. The dogs are still getting out and it is difficult for me to retrieve them, as I am in a wheelchair. He killed our 20 year old wisteria and broke a glass hummingbird feeder, which he did not say anything about. We found the broken glass in a pile of rubbish after he had gone for the day. We are just now finding out about the wisteria. My husband and I have both contacted the owner multiple times. He has since stopped responding and will not answer or return our calls. Please take notice and find someone else for your needs.

He was incredibly professional, the work he did with the fence was amazing; built a pipe fence for the driveway and made it curve smoothly with the concrete, and also did a fantastic job painting it. His father Kevin helped as well, and I would absolutely recommend them, and if we ever need any more projects done in the future will gladly hire them again.
