Our trash hasn't been picked up in 2 weeks! Sometimes they come by at 2:00 am, maybe 2 or 3 days…read morelate or weeks late. There is always attitude from the person that answers the phone, giving some excuse and basically acting like it's your fault somehow for not knowing that their trucks are in the shop or there was a driver shortage etc. There is never a delay in the auto pay from our account though or any credit for the weeks not picked up! Will be our last month with a company that could care less about the customers. Their philosophy is, "you have no other options, we can do whatever we want!"
