I have windows, doors, and carpet that needs to be replaced. I have patio and fencing that needs to be done. And don't get me started on the vehicles. Cold Valley Lawn is great with communication. They will respond to you! And very knowledgable! I already knew the yard is a disaster , mainly because my parents planted things near the foundation of the house and they just scattered seeds. There is no rhyme or reason to how things grow. But the staff of Cold Valley knew how to tackle it! This is a 5 Star company! Check out their Before and After photos on their social medias.

Lazy Liar Con man…read moreWhen he did show up he didn't do a good job. Then he just stopped showing up, leaving us waiting for 7 weeks thinking he'd eventually come back. After calling him 9 days ago, he said he'd be by that day. Haven't heard from or seen him since. He's claims he's "too busy". He didn't tell me this directly but I was standing right beside him while he was talking on the phone with his friend. One look at the Facebook page will tell you where he prefers to do business. Small yards aren't a priority because he can't take really good pictures to "sell himself". Our original deal was he would mow every 2 weeks. That lasted about 2 months. Then it was once a month until he stopped showing up all together. If you're that busy, hire more people or have the decency to let your paying customers know. If I could give zero stars I would.
