After getting several bids on our roof, we went with Known Name Roofing because theirs was the best. Jeremy, Ronny, Brittany, and the crew at Known Name Roofing were professional and top-notch every step of the way. They recommended we visit two suppliers here in town and look at samples where we could take those samples with us and check them against our home. They also provided addresses of roofs they had done so we could check out their work. Jeremy had all the materials delivered to our home the day before the work was to be done, then arrived early on workday to begin. The demo on our old roof went quickly. Jeremy called in an extra crew to ensure it was done in record time because rain began to threaten. They tore out a chimney that was no longer needed, removed and replaced our snow vents and covered the chimney hole, then installed the new roof, finishing all in one day as promised. They did an excellent job of cleanup and even made a small repair on the front facing when they found a problem there. Ronny loaned us a ladder the next day since we wanted to do the painting ourselves. We are so pleased with the look of our new roof. We have had several compliments on it from neighbors and visitors. I would not get paid to have this company paint my house again. He is the laziest, most…read moreunprofessional painter. My house is 1800 sq feet and it took him 6 weeks to finish. I will say his dry waller was also working which he used as an excuse for as to why none of his work was getting done. He allowed us to provide our own paint since my husband works in commercial construction. He blamed the paint for the reason it was taking so long. Never once during any of the 4-5 weeks prior did he say there was an "issue" with the paint, or it could have been easily corrected. I can accept the fact it took longer than expected, but what I can't accept is the spotty work that also came along with it. Please see attached photos. I have spent the last month touching up, walls, ceilings, and entire door casings that were not even painted, or were painted sooo poorly it looks like it was done with your eyes closed.
