The staff greets you at the door and asks what they can help you find. Like other reviews have pointed out, they take you straight to it. The staff are also extremely knowledgeable. The other day I was looking for a propane hose for my RV and I could not find one at any of the big box stores. I came to Masons, at the recommendation of someone at Home Depot, and they actually had all the parts necessary to build what I needed. If you are in Mt. Pleasant and have an RV, they have a nice little RV section, and really, throughout the store, they have lots of items I just cannot find anywhere else. Highly recommended, and I like supporting a local business.

I…read morevisited many showrooms in the area but decided to go with Jubilee and I am so happy that I did! The showroom is beautiful, well lit and very comfortable to go through. The work was done in a timely manner, and the craftsmanship was excellent. Because I have had those countertops for three years I can testify to the quality of the work and the beauty of the product over time. My kitchen has a lot of corners and curves and Jubilee templated the granite that I chose perfectly. The seams for the project in my kitchen are so tight and flawlessly matched and finished that you cannot even tell there is a seam! Very impressive. I was so happy with how Jubilee had helped me with my past project that I decided to go with them again when we recently renovated our main bathroom. Once again, I so am delighted with the work that Jubilee has done to help us. Our countertops are beautiful! Of all of the contractors that came into our house Jubilee was the easiest to work with, they worked around the schedule with our other contractors and were always available for communication. The demo team damaged the wiring to a wall outlet. No one else could fix it so I had to find my own electrician - and pay him for the repair. The quartz countertops are perfectly installed, as is the sink. There is a flaw in a very noticeable place - a black line about 1/2" long. To get rid of it would mean replacing half the counter. I didn't mention it. Based on their concern (none) about the quality of the tile backsplash installation, I doubt anything would happen. Nice employees but they don't call you back. If you need to speak to someone, you'll probably have to go there.
