He proceeded to get an attitude with my husband because I wasn't present for the estimate. He then called "dispatch" to report back that we both we not present, etc. Also, you can't pick out your own tile, you have to choose from their selection. Probably so they can up-charge you to $20 for a 5x3 shower.

Tucker plumbing was recommended by two people. Kyle is friendly and responsive prior to getting the…read morejob. I not sure where the misunderstanding began but he charged me $1000 more than expected and left the job site in disrepair. When I talked to him about the bill he made a justification, of materials costing more and that the original estimate didn't include labor. The work was not done to my satisfaction. He said he would be be back out to fix it. I made the mistake of paying him in full and then he said he was not " coming back for free". I had to pay another plumber 450 more to complete the job properly.

I chose not to hire Project Handyman. He was too expensive for a 10-15 minute job of hanging a…read moremirror for a senior. He failed to inquire specifically about the job before quoting me a price. His pricing, according to him, was mostly based on the time it would take to get to the job site, the gasoline burned and the wear and tear on his vehicle, having to stop along the way to purchase the necessary materials to do the job, and him deciding that I was an hour away based on my zip code. Actually, I live in Sherman not Tom Bean, about 15 minutes away, based on the location that was given for his business. And, I already had the necessary materials. If only he had actually made some inquiries about the job and my specific location before quoting me such an absurd amount. The one star was given sole on the impression I have of the text message he sent me.
