They carry a huge selection in store that can be taken home same day in most cases and what they don't carry, they can get. I'm still trying to get the service team to respond to me after several weeks of sending everything they asked for. They just keep requesting the same information, or reviewing the claim. We cannot use the sofa the way it is and the store manager, Michael Fisher, there is nothing he can do, except send an email to the service team, which did not help any... out of a sofa and $2,700.
