They carry a huge selection in store that can be taken home same day in most cases and what they don't carry, they can get. I have fallen in love with their rustic line but they offer much more than that. The customer service is outstanding. They know me by name and help me pick out the perfect pieces for my home. We cannot use the sofa the way it is and the store manager, Michael Fisher, there is nothing he can do, except send an email to the service team, which did not help any... out of a sofa and $2,700.
