There is a very large parking lot shared with neighboring businesses in the strip mall that they are located at. I was able to get a spot close by the front door. The store was pretty clean and easy to navigate layout. I was able to find the section and quickly found a pair of shorts in my size. They were nice and cheap. The main reason that I go to Ross is for the prices. I did not have a long wait at the checkout either. The cashier was friendly as well. Had a good shopping experience and if I need to go to a Ross, this would be at the top of the list.

Used to be very laid back, I could get rid of a couple items I don't wear and find something new. Last week was my last straw. I signed in online to get in line like I usually do. I got there and they said hey feel free to shop around we will call you after we wrap up here. They call my name and I walk up to the counter about 10 seconds later. The associate is doing someone else's bag. I said hey did you say my name? She goes yeah but I didn't know you were here. I said you told I could shop around, (I was also one of maybe three other people in the store , she could have looked around or waited for a second) . Her response was literally "hmm my bad you'll have to wait" frustrating but things happen, I assumed maybe she was New because I was not familiar with her. so I said no worries, and weighted another 10 minutes or so , this time sitting in a waiting area chair . I mean it's literally consignment clothes there's no reason for anyone to be upset. Once it was my turn she told me to shop around. I've had a weird feeling so as I was walking around the store I watched her and another associate glance in my bags without actually looking at any of the items.. didn't inspect them... didn't even take them out of the bag... and then throwing the bags back on the floor . When she called me back up she said that they couldn't take any of my items because they need more summer clothes . I said yes I understand how it works here so I've actually waited to bring all of my shorts tank tops and T-shirts here for that reason. She said "it's just not what we're looking for " I said well you didn't even look in the bags. She stared at me and I just decided to leave before actually starting a problem, I am not one for confrontation . I went to uptown cheapskate the next day . They took two garbage bags of my items , the store credit was a lot higher , and their prices are insanely cheap (found vintage guess jeans for nine dollars , which would've easily been 50 Buffalo exchange ) they also give 10% off if you use a store credit with them the same day you sell.. The best part is they donate whatever they don't want and you don't want so you don't have to log a bunch of bags back to your car. That was always my biggest annoying to the buffalo extreme especially when you have to park so far since it's in Carytown. Besides that, In those two years I have gone there fairly regularly I've seen prices nearly double-triple (why would I pay $35 for a used pair of Old Navy jeans is beyond me) but it continually gets worse. Lately it has been a lot of brand new Mass produced T-shirts that they get from a third-party shein quality place that they mark up to $20-$30 . I don't really understand the point of buying used clothes for the same price of what I can get them for new... Go to uptown cheapskate this place sucks

I did find some nice linen pieces at very affordable prices. The staff here is ever so helpful. Always nice and professional. They aren't allowing you to try on anything (just so you know) Not yet. Maybe that's coming with Phase 3. Head on over and see if they have something for your closet.

RACISM is a major issue at this location. I walked around and watched as the white employee greeted…read moreevery single white woman in that store and kept walking straight past me and my black boyfriend, even while making eye contact. A couple of white girls were walking in directly behind me and my boyfriend. She deliberately didn't acknowledge us, but immediately and enthusiastically greeted them and asked how they're doing. Not to mention, it seems like all employees share the same three brain cells, Nobody is helpful. Everybody just looks around staring like it's their first day on the job. If you need a fitting room, they'll just stare at you. If you look lost, they'll look at you dead in your eyes, then walk the other direction, I am so confused by this location. talking to any of the employees felt like pulling teeth, side eyeing, rolling eyes, short cold responses or none at all. I will never understand why teenagers punish the customers for a job THEY applied for. I am PROUD to say lulu will NEVER get a black cent from me again. Rude hateful location. Gap is fantastic for high quality basics. For whatever reason, their clothes never appealed to me…read moreuntil recently. Lately, I've been all about buying less clothes that are higher quality instead of more clothes that are mid to low quality. I also love that I can shop here and get quality pieces for the entire family. I am obsessed with Gap Kids clothes for my 6 month old. They aren't cheesy or "childish". There's a time and place for a Cars 2 sweatshirt and light up shoes. You won't find any of that here. Don't get me wrong, I love Mickey Mouse/ Disney attire just as much as the next fan. But, even their Disney line is extremely tasteful. I've bought my son a few adorable items from that line - my favorite being a black knit hat with Mickey ears. See what I mean? That doesn't scream childish character. The fact that it's pretty much a hidden Mickey is what makes me love it so much. I can't talk about Gap clothes without expounding (even more!) on their quality. This is one of two places where I'll buy my baby's clothes. The pieces I've gotten from Gap will last a loooong time and will easily be able to pass down to future siblings. I find that they run big, but with a few minor adjustments (rolling up sleeves or pant legs), you can get even more wear out of them without sacrificing style. They wash amazingly well on the delicate cycle, though I do air dry his sweaters and jackets. Is Gap pricey? YES. However, anyone who pays full price needs to reevaluate how they shop. I never pay more than $10-$15 for anything because I wait for sales.
