One of my…read moregroomsman had his suit not correctly placed into the system by an employee so it wasn't even ordered for my wedding. It had to be rush delivered from CHINA. Yeah that's right, expensive custom suits from China. We are still waiting to see if it will arrive in time for my wedding but it was like pulling teeth to get them to purchase a back up suit and tailor it just in case the Alton lane suit does not arrive in time. My other groomsman went to the Charlottesville location and they gave him a pick up date after they had to make last minute alterations and 11 days later they said it still wasn't ready. Not happy with the service and honestly I feel like their suit quality has gone down over the years. Update: the suit arrived in time but my groomsman was never able to try it on before my wedding and Alton lane never gave him the back up suit they said he could keep in case their's wasn't fitting correctly. RACISM is a major issue at this location. Not to mention, it seems like all employees share the same three brain cells, Nobody is helpful. Everybody just looks around staring like it's their first day on the job. If you need a fitting room, they'll just stare at you. If you look lost, they'll look at you dead in your eyes, then walk the other direction, I am so confused by this location. talking to any of the employees felt like pulling teeth, side eyeing, rolling eyes, short cold responses or none at all. I will never understand why teenagers punish the customers for a job THEY applied for. I am PROUD to say lulu will NEVER get a black cent from me again. Rude hateful location. Keep your black dollar away from here, they don't care about us.

I needed new scrubs for a new job and decided since I was losing weight I want to try them on in person so I went where I knew I always had gotten great service. I was sadly disappointed. I walked in and the guy behind the counter did not acknowledge my presence in the slightest. I in fact did not even know he was there (I thought someone might be in the back) until he moved when a person who came in after me addressed him. When they left a moment later he went right back to leaning on the counter on his phone. Initially, I was going to continue my journey and try some things on but I changed my mind. I would need help with the shirts high up and he didn't seem like he would want to help with that. I put the pants back on a rack and left. I will just order from somewhere else. Maybe it's because I wasn't wearing her favorite color because she had red coloring all in her head that looked stank with clearly a stank sarcastic attitude to match. FYI if you are in the customer service business and you refuse to give good or choose rather poor customer service just get out of the business. Times is already bad economy wise. I'm spending money that definitely doesn't grow on trees. The last thing you want is not only for money to not come in, You also don't want people running your future sales away.
