Yeah that's right, expensive custom suits from China. We are still waiting to see if it will arrive in time for my wedding but it was like pulling teeth to get them to purchase a back up suit and tailor it just in case the Alton lane suit does not arrive in time. My other groomsman went to the Charlottesville location and they gave him a pick up date after they had to make last minute alterations and 11 days later they said it still wasn't ready. Not happy with the service and honestly I feel like their suit quality has gone down over the years. Update: the suit arrived in time but my groomsman was never able to try it on before my wedding and Alton lane never gave him the back up suit they said he could keep in case their's wasn't fitting correctly. You will see the new release and on the corner there is another seating area. It just feels so welcoming when you first enter the store. Employees are super friendly and helpful! I went into claires today to get my 9 month old daughters ears pierced, the girl using the gun…read moreeither didn't use enough force when using gun or didn't fully know how to work it because neither earring back stuck on AND the right ear piercing in the back was WAY farther up then the front part of it (almost into the thick part of cartilage) so I got her to remove BOTH earrings. My daughter went with, "just do it". ... all of us were wearing face coverings but it was clear Maya was smiling at my daughter and my daughter was smiling back when the earrings went in. My daughter blinked but didn't even full-body flinch, as the piercing cartridge clicked. Of course she was super excited about this right of passage, but she wasn't scared; Maya's gentle handling of the process had her relaxed and calm. Even tho they do multiple piercing every day, it still felt special to me and my daughter, and it was so sweet how Maya congratulated her on doing great in the chair. This review is to let Maya know she did a great job, too!!! ... Instructions on after care were fully explained and seem manageable enough for my daughter to mostly handle on her own. She said that after the initial "pinch" it really doesn't hurt at all. She slept well with her new piercings and everything looks great today. The only time there is a slight stinging sensation, according to my daughter, is when the cleaning solution first hits her ear lobe. Other than that it's painless! And the earrings look so cute!
