This is a pretty nice Old Navy store. While I'd rather buy everything online, ON is a bit hit-or-miss in terms of sizing for me, so I do need to stop by and try items on. This shop in Willow Lawn is well-stocked, the folks working are friendly, and the check out lines haven't been too bad on my visits. Easy parking in the lot too. read more

Stopped into the Old Navy at Willow Lawn and wasn't disappointed! I picked up my order from here and was surprised to find a few clearance items that I end up purchasing. It was busy but the staff was friendly at checkout. The store is neat and has a good variety for men, women, and children. All in all I'd probably return again to shop. read more

I'm so surprised I haven't reviewed Old Navy yet! I come here quite frequently and always find some good bargains and seldom leave empty handed. And probably, I wear something from ON everyday! I'm wearing a cardi and some cheetah flats today from ON! I love their cardis! Thin, comfy and long! And the shoes I have bought here have lasted a long time, good quality and great prices! I have several dresses too that are my "go to" pieces! I love the Rockstar Jeans here which have stood the test of time! There are lots of accessories, jewelry, belts, sunglasses, socks, makeup, purses, etc. to be found, but don't get sucked in by the checkout aisle temptations, they are priced on the high side. While ON is great for families, (they carry most clothing departments - baby, teens, men's, women's, maternity and sizes, I think thru 4x) it's really the quality and price point that keeps you coming back! If you have an ON credit card, you can even save more with coupons and reward discounts. This store at Willow Lawn isn't the neatest location I've been to, the clearance section needs some work, but if you hunt you can find some steals and deals! I found a top for $3.97! If they tidied up and hired more quality sales staff, this store could earn more stars. The lines can be long at peak hours. The service is hit or miss. So for basic clothes, this is a basic store and I'll keep shopping here to save some money! read more

I believe this store is understaffed for the foot traffic it gets, but the employees always do their best. Merchandise is constantly changing and being moved, but the staff can almost always help you find a particular item if you ask. Unfortunately middle sizes are often picked over, so frequently I can only find XS or XL in the styles I want. The tall woman who works the fitting rooms is exceptionally friendly, and even though there's always a long line for the registers the cashiers try to keep things moving. The store is disorganized, but that's not entirely the staff's fault. Shame customers treat the store like a dumpster, purposefully dropping clothing on the floor or into mangled heaps. read more

This was my first time at ON in willow lawn, and a long time since I've been to any ON. I saw some cute pants online & went to the store to try them on/avoid shipping. I found lots of good items! What was annoying is that prices on almost everything was wrong. Things with marked down tags ringing up full price, or a full promo table ringing up way more $$. They ending up adjusting prices, but it was annoying after the 3rd item. I also didn't get any help until I asked, and they seemed preoccupied even then to actually help me. I had to help myself to the fitting room, and look online for size availability. read more

Went there to shop for grandsons. Have one that's tall and on the slim side . Clothes selection was okay, noticed a lot of gender neutral option I prefer not to buy. Basic clothing seemed overpriced. Prefer to shop online so my experience can be better, don't like "we won't help you but only to the door" atmosphere. I'm used to BS. read more

I had a great, quick experience with my return. I preferred an exchange but I didn't have the patience to rummage through the chaotic and disheveled racks. Clothes were on the floor and thrown on top of racks. I prefer Old Navy online. read more

Very clean inside, nice door front but if you are a large thru rarely have anything nice in your size. The newer dressing rooms look sketchy...a curtain...you know some kid will run by and pull it open. Can we say awkward?!! Large storefront and clean inside but the clothing at ON seems to be pretty square and blah. But nice staff and wonderfully lit inside. read more

I LOVE Old Navy but this is ALWAYS unorganized & disheveled. The staff is awesome when they are available. Last but not least, I have a better chance of finding an item in a Ross or Marshalls than I do here. I hope this get some better organizational skills soon. read more

If you've read some of my reviews you might know I was a buyer for a large Midwestern dept. group of stores. One thing a buyer needs to know is exactly what other stores in their price range are carrying. That doesn't always directly address a one brand operation, but style certainly does & as I've competitively shopped Old Navy..they are on target. No pun intended. The Willow Lawn ON is surviving off people who don't want to drive to the Southside. It never fails when I come, I will always be in a line of at least 10 people waiting and one cashier. Checking out takes at least 15-20 minutes, and typically there isn't anything that can be done to help because the only other person in the store is working the dressing room. The store is either under staffed or working the bare minimum to save money. That said I will say those employees I encounter are pleasant but it takes entirely too long to make a "quick stop". The store is not overly well maintained. read more

I just attempted to try in some clothes at the Willow Lawn store. The girl working in the dressing room was INCREDIBLY rude. I promptly left the store, didn't try on or purchase anything. I will gladly drive across town to another location before I will buy anything from a place where an employee talks to people that way. Terrible customer service. Specifically from a "manager"! The young lady who greeted us was very pleasant. But, when I went to seek assistance the woman was very off putting and just rude! I will not be shopping there any more. It almost makes me not want to shop at Old Navy's in general but I'll expect better from other locations. read more

It's much better now that it's not actually IN the mall.. or shopping center.. or whatever Willow Lawn dignifies itself as. Brightly lit and merchandise is visible and well stocked. Oh, and if you didn't know, the clothes are not expensive at all, and there's always a sale going on inside. We came here because my friend needed a quick wardrobe change to get the night started. From shirt to pants to shoes, we were good to go in the 13 minutes that we had left before the store closed. read more

I am writing this review based upon my experience in the store about a week and a half before Christmas. EVERYTHING on the men's side was picked over and unorganized. The staff was having a hard time taking the security tags off of the merchandise. Likely because they were rushing, as there was only ONE checkout register open. I was in line for quite some time and at least half of the people in front of me set the alarms off! It was a bit ridiculous! I totally understand that the Christmas rush is SERIOUS but it made no sense how ridiculous this store was considering how many Old Navy staff members were present. read more

I haven't been to many Old Navy stores but this place seems to be one of the smaller one's I've been to. Even thought they seem to have what I'm looking for, the place seems like it's crammed full of things into a small space. Also, no matter what time of day or what day I go, there's always a mess somewhere. For the most part, I try and make a quick trip in and out because for me it's not a place for me to actually walk and browse. read more

Though this location does get slammed and can be disorganized (it's in a very busy area, what can you expect?), I feel the staff does their best. They're always moving quick, folding something, trying to keep up with the dressing room and other organizational tasks, helping a customer, or asking if you're doing alright. I love old navy, the store is a little bit chaotic because there are so many clothes and the line is typically pretty long unless you go on a Monday morning. You can always find a good deal and if you have the old navy credit card, you get discounts that way as well. The staff is friendly but, the store is a wreck! This place is a hot mess. Everything in the kids section is scattered everywhere. No organization. Shop online to avoid the craziness that is this cluster. Had good experiences in the past but don't know what is going on now. Need to build another one in the far west end. read more

I absolutely love this location. I prefer going here rather than the mall ones, they have a great selection, good size fitting rooms, and the best part the staff is very nice. It is also always clean. I love that they have great items on sale, and i LOVE the location. Its about time they added clothing stores near the downtown. read more

By far the messiest Old Navy I've ever visited. It just seems that they are continually in the midst of some sort of transition, and organization is really lacking. A few months ago I had visited this Old Navy because a dress I was interested in was listed as being "In Stock" in the store. I asked about the dress when I arrived, and the employee looked at me blankly, confused about the item I described. I pulled up the picture, provided an item number, and even showed where the website said "in stock". The employee wandered around the store for ten minutes before coming back to me with a different dress. I again showed the picture, and was eventually told they couldn't find it and couldn't help me. I searched myself and found it, albeit in a different size, but it was the dress nonetheless. read more

I went to the store today because it was one of the highest recommendations for maternity wear. When I asked where it was it was all the way to jam packed hidden in a corner with three walls around it. I walk through the entire store prior to coming to the maternity section and this by far was the WOST Section in the whole store. I wish I would've taken a picture but it was just insane you could not even see the floor the shelves were just stuffed with balled up clothes and all the hangers were basically empty or halfway hanging off and nothing was together. I couldn't find any in my size and then I realize majority of the clothes were stuffed on the bottom rack underneath all the hanging clothes. So here I am a size 4 pregnant with twins woman huffing and puffing on my hands and knees scraping the floor to look at all these different sizes. I saw that the maternity jeans were 40% off and there was a small clearance rack but none of the clothes were labeled with a clearance price so I just assumed they were in the wrong section. At this point I am short of breath and sweating and nobody has come help me I saw several people folding their nice neat displays all over the store and actually right next to maternity in the toddler section. I never do this but I decided to ask for a manager. Manager finally came over I believe her name was Melissa, I told her how frustrated I was and I don't think it was appropriate for pregnant women to be all over the floor trying to search for clothes meanwhile the rest of the store was immaculate...and her explanation was beyond ridiculous she said "oh yeah well maternity doesn't really make us much money so we focus on the displays that do make us money they're just not big profits for us." I swear my jaw dropped to the floor and I well I'm sorry that's not my problem profit margin is a corporate problem and has nothing to do with me on my hands and knees having to search for clothes and confused about what is on sale or not. (I mean I'm sure the whole point of a low profit margin for Old Navy was so pregnant women could be comfortable in affordable clothes not be shunned by employees right?) She says "I only have five people on the floor so we have to focus what are money makers are and maternity makes us almost zero" so then I continue to ask her was anything else on sale other than the maternity jeans and she said "no, maternity hardly ever goes on sale". Then I asked her to help me find my size and a pair of jeans and she started picking up all the clothes off the floor (I thought she was actually helping me) and she starts stuffing them in the bottom shelf and I asked her what she was doing she said "I'm trying to prevent a lawsuit so nobody trips and sues us, but I will call someone to help you find your size". So at this point I'm trying to keep my calm pregnancy attitude and I breathe deeply and count to 10 and walk out the store. I go home and I checked online and low and behold everything maternity was on sale the dresses the tank tops, everything that I had questions about we're all about 30% off. I was so surprised after all these baby forums all the moms recommended Old Navy most out of everything and I was just disgusted this experience. I've never felt discriminated against because I was pregnant up until today. read more

I love Old Navy, but this store just makes me angry. I mostly shop online, but occasionally I will have to return or exchange something and opt to go into the store because of the ease. HOWEVER, this place is ALWAYS a wreck. It is completely un-shoppable. There is no way that anyone could ever find anything. All of the children displays with tshirts have piles and piles of miscellaneous clothes heaped on top of them; clothes are hanging off of hangers and rods. It looks like some teenager's closet threw up all over the place. I can't even roll a cart with my baby in it because you, literally, can't get down an aisle because of all of the clothing strewn all over the floors. It makes me anxious just going in here. I don't see the point of even having a store at all if you aren't going to make at least a minimal effort to make it shoppable. The only way that you could actually find anything here is if you accidentally found it. I am also typically only ever in the store on weekday afternoons; I do not even want to imagine what this place looks like on a weekend. I am truly baffled every time that I come into this store. I worked for many years in retail & this would have never been allowable. There are several other retail shops along the same strip of the mall & all of them are organized and orderly. You can actually find something and not have to worry about tripping hazards. I held off giving a review because for a long while I thought maybe they were just overwhelmed because of the holiday season, but that was over 2 years ago when I first started noticing these issues.
