I immediately called customer service and was informed that there was nothing they would to rectify the fact that they had sent me damaged merchandise-that they wouldn't accept the dress as a return or compensate me in any way. They even asked for my credit card number and a week or so later, my number was being used in three states. I used to love this store but no more. I called the New York store or tell them of the issues associated with online buying and by the number of the negative reviews since three years ago I can safely say nothing has changed.
