I was wanting to trade in my Gray Kia Forte for a Chevrolet Brand. I thought I wanted a 2025 dark blue Malibu with all the bells and whistles. I saw one online but it wasn't in my town and I didn't want to drive 45 miles just to see this particular car. Fortunately for me I called Buckeye Chevrolet in my hometown. My best friend took her Honda many x's for a light on her dashboard. She had positive experiences. I called Buckeye Chevrolet in town to see if they could get the Malibu into their dealership but it was already sold. I talked with a salesman (no pressure honestly) named Tye Harden. I went out to see him and he showed me a nice gray Malibu 2025. I liked it but I didn't like the payment, too high for me and I have excellent credit. So Tye said to my surprise what about a "Trax" ? It is a great vehicle and they are lower in price. I found my match! It had ALL accessories I wanted and more I never thought of in a vehicle. So the price was right for me and Eric in finance met me in the middle. So if you want a new vehicle but don't like to deal with high prices I recommend Tye Harden. See attachment for all information. Great bunch to work with. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas.

Email received after being told by their online chat assitant that a manager would reach out to me to resolve the issue...

UPDATE: called to schedule my 105k mile service (only to keep my lifetime warranty active and not have to drive to Ricart the next closest Nissan service center) and apparently I am over due for a 100k mile service (the service I requested when I took it he car in back in January) which means my lifetime warranty is void. Then when I reach out to them to get the issue resolved, they send me an email asking me to "stop in to look at their inventory"(screenshot of email included) TLDR:DO NOT TRUST THEM I was bait and switched, didn't do the work they were asked to do, did work that was much more expensive than the requested work, voided my lifetime warranty on a car I owned 6 months. First I was bait and switched, I was told $350-400 when dropping car off. Bill was 583 which is more than the 10% (thats a 45.75% increase) increase over a written OR verbal estimate that is allowed by Ohio state law without prior approval. Also glad I didn't wait on it because the verbal estimate wasn't the only lie I was told that day, I had an appointment and was told about 4 hours i was notified it was ready 6 hours later. they also did a trans flush which is only an inspect fluid item on a 100k service(that now according to them I am over due for now). Causing me to spend way more money than me, or apparently, any of their employees thought I would be spending that day.

This review pertains to the service department only as I needed some warranty work done. This was my first visit here, I called a week prior to schedule, and was surprised that they were able to get me in so quick. I arrived for my appointment, and I must say finding the service department was a bit challenging. Some signage off of the entrance would be helpful in pointing customers in the proper direction. I walked up to a service advisor, he was not too friendly. He gathered info from my vehicle and told me it would be about an hour. There is a nice waiting room with several seating arrangements. Coffee and water available as well as various vending machines. Approximately an hour later, he said my vehicle was ready, but the "system was down" and that he would have to mail me the paperwork. I found this a bit odd. I'm skeptical that it will be mailed, but I will update the review in a couple of days. UPDATE: the paperwork was E-mailed to me. I appreciate their follow through! Updated to three stars.

Purchased a vehicle from here, I probably should have walked away from the get go but really wanted…read morea car. I was told I couldn't test drive because it had not been detailed yet, and was surrounded by other vehicles. I was assured that I could test drive it before I met the finance guy the next morning. The first red flag was that finance guys had to leave early the next day so if I didn't get it done first thing then in would have to wait another 2 days. The second red flag was they couldn't find the key and told me to start the finance stuff while they searched for the key. The third flag was when the monthly payment was 30$ more than we agreed to. I got up to leave but the GM sorted it out by playing finance magician. I drove the car from the lot and a check engine light came on almost immediately, I turned back into the lot and they pulled the codes and rest it. The codes said the clutch fan was bad and they would take car of it. I came back after it was fixed and drove it home. The check engine light came on the next morning and the Trailblazer (02) sounded like a jet taking off. I drove back to the dealer and they took me outside so I wouldn't make a scene. I was being loud. When they listened to the car they said that was normal and the car is "as is". That was two years ago... since then I have replaced a transmission, complete front end suspension - pretty much twice, plugs and coil packs, wheel bearing hub assembly, neutral safety switch, sway bar links (all of them), u-joint, 4x4 actuator, front end differential housing, countless fuses and wiring harnesses, calipers and rotors oh... and a clutch fan. The car is junk... The dealers are liars. Avoid at all cost. Read the unrecommended reviews as well!!! Update: 1/2015 Car still junk. I hate it and Taylor Chevrolet. This review was not harsh enough.

Recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from Taylor and it is fantastic. I couldn't be happier with…read moretheir sales department, especially John McGraw. They found exactly what we wanted in a small suv, down to the color and specific features. John has even been nice enough to pick up our car while we work, change the oil, and return it before the end of the day! Most importantly, my husband and I are confident we received one of the best deals possible with a new car purchase. John made sure that we came in during the best time to buy so that we could take advantage of their promotional 0% interest for 5 years. We also recently used Taylor to service our other car, an '02 Nissan Sentra. Not only did they squeeze us into their already busy schedule, but they didn't even charge us a diagnostic when they couldn't find anything wrong. In the meantime, they filled the tire pressure on the Rogue, free of charge. I'm happy that the small town of Lancaster has a friendly auto dealership and look forward to working with them again in the future.
