I placed an online order to pickup last Tuesday for an event I was hosting. Order was ready on time as promised but when I got to my destination, I only had two of the three 10 count tenders. I called the store to ask for a refund as I did not have time to make the 30 minute round trip back to the store. I was told that they couldn't find my order but did remember me, but they couldn't refund my money since it was an online order and I had to request a refund online. They could not tell me how to request it, could not give me a number to call to request it, and could only tell me to come get the rest of the order or request a refund online. I had to submit a message through the Contact Us page for the website and received a message that they had forwarded my note to the store manager and district manager to follow up, but a week later I haven't heard anything so I am out the money. It is unfortunate because I have always had good food from there and several of the people commented how good the chicken was, just unfortunate that they wouldn't make it right for what was an honest mistake on their part. read more

I love your food, but when I tryed to order the cashier ran her but to the bathroom and sounded like she was throwing up and she was Coughing. it was a very discussing experience and it took her like 30 minutes to take my order. she even took an order online and then went to the back to help and wouldn't take my order. Yummy chicken tenders & fries. Even the bread was good. The table was sticky but it wasn't dirty it was the finish needs to be redone. The bathroom was clean. The people who worked there were friendly & helpful. There aren't a lot of tables there but we found a seat. You could take it to go also. Excellent experience. read more

I usually have the chicken tender tapas. Nice field greens and raspberry dressing. This recent visit I had the buffalo sandwich. The bun was very nice and soft. The buffalo sauce is light. I do t know if they have the option to make it spicy as my wife had already ordered before I got there. FOOD: - HORRIBLE - my Magoo's chicken sandwich was so SALTY it burned my mouth and lips. It's like they dunked it in a salty filled bowl and cooked it. - I couldn't eat it at all and had to throw it away with the uneatable fries. SERVICE: - the young kid with the Rick James haircut was super nice AMBIANCE: - it was colder than a hospital when we walked in. Limited menu but that's a welcome change from other small establishments that have an overwhelmingly long list of dishes in this broken supply chain new world. Woman took my order and after repeating it twice to her still said it wrong red it back to me and when I corrected her she says "that's too much work to change I'll just tell them" after waiting 20 mins, come to find out she never corrected it so the main portion of my food isn't what I ordered instead of just admitting she forgot the lady then goes on to say I repeated it twice it's not my fault... won't go to this one again she's slow and can't listen to save her life. 3rd time will NOT be the charm here... 2 strips out of 5 had some kinda fatty, rubbery thing in the inside that was definitely not visible until you bit into the strip ( I broke open the others and they were fine, but I didn't eat them ). And they shorted us all of the sauces and my wife made a return trip and was rudely told they were in the bag originally. So there will not be a third time eating here. We ordered from here (delivery) about a week and a half ago. We were disappointed that the extra sauces we paid for were missing along with the coleslaw and the sauces that came with the combo. We wrote it off as a bad experience. Tonight we ordered delivery again. I asked in the notes to please be sure to include everything. Once again we were shorted all the sauces, two tenders, and coleslaw. Based on two bad experiences that where we paid for items we did not receive I had to leave a bad review. I am a local and absolutely love this gem!! Our family makes it a habit to go there at least once a week. The staff is friendly, professional, and is always eager to make sure their customers are happy. If this business was close to the larger chains and was a stand alone restaurant, the others would be in trouble. I definitely recommend this place! read more
