Exams for glasses only are much kess. Glasses and contact prices are perhaps a bit higher than you will find at the cheapest places, but an apples-to-apples comparison will take quality into account. We saw their line of $130 glasses (with standard frames) and they seemed pretty good. Overall, a great experience. Keep up the good work!

I was promptly told to wait in the back. Then Eric did some eye tests. He was very nice. Then I saw Dr. Williamson who did additional tests and examined my eyes. She was also very nice, pleasant, and answered all of my questions. Eric helped me choose glasses and helped me figure out what the best scenario was to use my insurance for maximum benefits. He wrote it all down for me too. He was helpful and personable. All in all, it was a pleasant experience with these two employees at this location. I had no issues at all. I cannot comment about other employees there because I did not engage with them. This Visionworks location is in the large Nassau Park Blvd. shopping area, located diagonally across from the AtHome store. It's at the shopping section directly across from the PetSmart shopping area, but at the way opposite end. There's plenty of room to park over there since several of the stores are vacant. You can schedule an appointment online and also fill out all of the paperwork online. I recommend this location based on my good experience there.

Ushered in to the "equipment room" by yet another pre-teen in a white smock and convinced that for an additional $20.00 I get to play ocular Wack a Mole on the other machines in order to determine if I had a disease or just hung over.... "Did I pass"? A wan smile and a brisk " Let's take you next door to see the Doctor"..... "You're not the doctor"?.... Okay now in with "Doc" and the fun begins......"Can you read this?.. How about this?. Now the other eye.. What's the smallest line you can read" and with that it's determined that I'm old with old eyes and I need glasses. Duh. To the wall o frames go I and now that hard part....$69.99 included in the promo price,$79.99 so and extra 20 bucks or the Designer Frames under lock and key so no trying on unless under the auspices of Junior and the lab coat crew.
