Pitiful. 4 of us stopped for breakfast this am. Never again. 2 of the 4 meals came out and the other 2 were on the counter near prep. We waited and waited and asked the waitress about the other 2 where she motioned to the back and shrugged concerning cook. She said the meals weren't ready and waited 10 more min and still no cook. Told her the meals were cold as was 1 of the meals that had come out to the table. Asked for manager who wasn't there but asst manager was. She came out and acted like she was going to finish the 2 waiting meals and I told her no way, they were ice cold. She then told the waitress to take the 2 meals off the tab, like I was going to pay for them. She then walked away. Not a sorry, or a let me remake them, she went back to the back. When we arrived we were the only people in the restraunt and had 1 other table come in 10 mins after. They got up and left after no cook. Cook should be fired as well as asst manager! read more

Great food. Very nice server. Her name was Misty. She handled our table as well as three others in a very professional manner. Never missed a beat. Delicious food. It didn't take to long considering how busy it was on a Saturday morning. We love coming here on game day weekends. GO CLEMSON. I see several people had problems here. I will say my wife and I were not among them. We had a strawberry waffle and a burger. The Waffle was great as was the burger. I sampled the waffle and my wife took a bite out of my burger. I was also able to get hash browns with my order even though the menu said fries or tots. Our server was very nice and we had no problem with getting refills or having our order taken in a timely manner. If you aren't sure just go by and order off the $5 menu they have. You can get breakfast or lunch/dinner for $5 including your drink and it's plenty of food. If you want a bigger portion they have plenty of that too. Go by see friendly people and get good food for a cheap price. How can you beat that? read more

I brought my best friend in here to have breakfast this Sunday morning and an hour and 10 minutes later food was served in sections, not in its entirety. my friend got her grits and bacon. Her bacon was burned. as for my food , The cook served over medium eggs that were broken and hard, toast came out with no butter and my country ham looked like it was still squealing, was undercooked. Very disappointed . Not disappointed in my waitress Parieisha she was amazing. my waitress bless her heart kept apologizing, told her it was not her fault. Food definitely not great. I fell on their rubber mat in their doorway and they didn't even both to check to see if I was ok. I am a senior citizen. Restaurant smelled of cigarettes. The feeling I got from the restaurant was they had their usual customers. I have been black and blue for over a week and my face was bleeding and they didn't even care. Didn't even get service...after standing by the door for 5 mins bc all the tables were dirty, we decided to help out and clean our table off for them...after sitting for 15 mins and several waitresses passed us and we looked at us BUT NEVER GREETED US, never even spoke to us! We went to HH b/c we had been disappointed by every other place in Seneca we've visited that was open Sundays. Previous reviews were very unfavorable so we knew we were taking a chance. Pleasant surprise! Place was clean, server popped up immediately, took our drinks order and returned in a minute or so with drinks and silverware. We both had very good meals, the server was attentive, checked us for coffee and water. It appeared, though we weren't looking for it, that the other patrons were getting good service. This location desperately needs a visit from corporate. Upon entering, we saw a full house with only 2 tables available, both dirty. I spent a lot of years as a waitress and have no complaints about having to wait for a table. Once we were seated, we were passed by two waitresses several times until one finally came for our drink order. When she came for our drink order, she asked what drinks we wanted, then promptly said she'd be back in a second. She left and we waited. Once she came back, she took our drink order, dropped our drinks off a few minutes later, then disappeared. At this point, almost all the tables in the restaurant had left and there were only about 4 groups still seated throughout the restaurant. We waited for at least 5 minutes for someone to come get our order. I saw 2 waitresses take smoke breaks (I had a view straight through the kitchen to the back door where the employees were gathered), and a third waitress who was standing in the back with the door open, talking with her coworkers. A waitress came back to tell us she would be sending yet another waitress to get our order as she had a mess to clean up. Okay, fine. The other waitress came, took our order. She went back outside, along with the cooks. There was almost no employees indoors. Our order wasn't put in for at least another 5 minutes. The dishwasher was bringing out CLEAN dishes to be put away and setting them on the bar, where customers sit, right alongside dirty dishes, employee drinks/keys/phones. At one point, there was someone else who was not working at the time with long hair, loose and hanging around their shoulders, standing beside the grill talking to the cook. This person literally was inches from the food with loose hair, a hoodie, and their phone. Throughout the dining experience, we had 3 different waitresses to take our order, drop our food off, and refill our drinks (once). Nobody ever checked on us throughout our meal. We had to flag a waitress down to ask for a bottle of ketchup and she brought a nearly empty bottle of ketchup. While we were there, I saw another gentleman at another table pour watery syrup on his waffle and he had to ask for a remake and fresh syrup because the syrup he had literally splashed when he poured it on his waffle. Then, the icing on the cake, I went to go pay and the one of our many waitresses walked up to the register, looked at me, then walked away to go run an order before ANOTHER waitress rang me up. We we're visiting out here from out of state so didn't know what to expect. We walked in thinking it would be very similar to Waffle House. Dead wrong. The food was below sub par as we watched them microwave it. Most of my food was cold or lukewarm at best. I also found pecan in my sweet tea though the waitress fixed the problem quickly. Then after finishing we left and came back to our room where me and the gf sat on the floor feeling sick and nauseous almost puking multiple times. Please don't eat at this location. This was a takeout order. They wanted payment up front. After order was started I was informed they only had 1 baked potato (this was a $1.99 upgrade) and asked me to choose another side which I did. I ordered a fruit bowl, which did not carry an upgrade charge. When I asked for a refund on the 1.99 they told me they could not do it because orders cannot be changed. They offered me another side which I chose a salad. When I got home we discovered the "Tender, juicy, prime rib tips grilled sauteed mushrooms and onions and served with savory au jus" was tender, dry prime rib tips only. My family and I walked in and it wasn't to awfully busy. There we're tabless that needed to be cleaned. We sat at one that had no plates on it, but needed to be wiped. we sat there for 10 minutes and we're not once spoken to. I proceeded to get up and get the menus myself and they were covered in food, sticking together. I went to get my antibacterial wipes and I wiped my own table and menus off. We sat for another 15 minutes before anyone even looked at us. We finally ordered our drinks and food and when we received it they left off my one years olds food. She ate all of her daddies toast before she even got her food. We waited another 5 minutes for silverware just for them to be dirty as well. My husband sat for 20 minutes without drink. I ended up going and asking a cook to refill it for me. I have never been so disappointed in the lack of service received. read more

Food quality was okay enough that it's edible. A staple, their pancakes, were very bitter. The food was all premade and I believe the freshest thing there was their eggs. Employee's are exhausted and don't seem to want to be there. A fly landed and died in my brothers sweet tea. After eating appetizers, my friend and I agreed our stomaches were not having it. Would recommend this place to my enemy, but sure not my family. Go to Waffle House instead. read more

The waitresses here are so sweet. They certainly give off the Southern charm. From what I observed, they seem to only employee females here. They do it all: cook, wait tables, etc. Unfortunately, I didn't like their French Toast. It was too mushy. I felt like I was eating pre-chewed paper. The egg was cooked fine. Then again, how could anyone mess up egg? I give an extra point for the service. Unfortunately, two stars is all I can give. read more

I don't even know where to start. My friends and I came in about 1:00 a.m., after a late shift in our kitchen, starving. We sit down and wait a second for our waitress to come over. No worries everyone has had a long day so we're just chilling. There is one other table that had already eaten and were just drinking coffee. She comes over and gets our drink order, everything was fine and dandy, and then it all went to shit. She asks if we want separate tickets we all say yes, but she says I'm just gonna put you all on one ticket and divide it later. It's cool, whatever is easier for her. She brings us tea, the taste was off but we're thirsty because we just got out of a hot kitchen and aren't the type of people to complain, so we drink it anyway. She leaves and comes back and two drinks are empty. She starts to take orders, which seems to go smoothly asking for temps and egg doneness which is a good sign. I got the Ribeye plate medium, eggs over light. She says she will come back to fill up the drinks. 20 minutes, no drink. 30 minutes no drink. 40 minutes hit and she is calling to us from the line asking temps on our orders. We give her the temps again and ask for more tea. She's starts to bring food over, we're at one hour on our ticket time now. She brings a wrong plate, no worries takes it back. She's gotten 2 things wrong on the first persons food, 3 on the second persons, 2 on the third, and 2 on the forth, but my hash browns look steamy and amazing so I don't care. Then she disappears. We go to eat our food and realize we have no silverware. She's disappearing and we can't get her attention so we go to another server to get some and ask them for some drinks. My foods cool by then, not warm and not cold, but cool. My eggs are overdone and I go to cut into my steak and it's leather. Well done, and burnt on the bottom. We get her attention told her she missed 3 orders of toast, 2 wafffles, an order of hash browns and we still haven't gotten more drinks. I tell her, politely, that my steak is overdone and she gives me an exasperated look. She brings two orders of waffles and two orders of toast, and fills up one and a half glasses of tea before she runs out. Then she says she will go get more. That's the end of the tea folks, we never saw anymore, and just before we left she said she was brewing some more. Back to the food. We finish up everything we got and start the wait for my steak, and wait we did. 22 minutes to cook a 6 oz ribeye to medium. Everyone is done eating, thirsty and still waiting for me to get my food. One hour and 25 minutes from when we came in, I got my steak. The second time it was cooked perfectly, but I was so frustrated I was just ready to leave. We get up to the register, because she never gave us a ticket, and start up yet ANOTHER farce. Remember the split ticket that was going to be easier? Nope. She put in to many meals, was trying to split them, trying to assign the wrong meals to people, and the line behind me was already 7 people long. Finally someone with a lick of common sense just rang us in new tickets so the clusterf%#k of an experience could be over. I've been coming to this huddle house for years with my family, every Sunday morning, but after this experience I won't be coming back. read more

Had lunch and ordered two doubles and fries for $6.99 location,. When our food arrived the burger was burned and only had 1 pattie not 2 paties. Waitress was energetic and eager to serve us. The only issue was the waitress shirt was slightly messy and h er nzme tag was twisted. Thexe are more fine tunning issues that the manager should have addressed. read more

Just visited this establishment. The atmosphere was okay, typical diner feel. I ordered the stuffed hash brown. It tasted off, somewhere between dishwater and dirty socks. I would have given them one star but the other two people I was with like their dishes, grits and an omelette with spinache. The service had no complaints. read more
