Went at off time when no one was really there, so i figured service would be a breeze and we recieved our order and food was ok but service was very bad, not sure if this lady was a racist or something since i have a asian wife, she never hardly checked on us and we were not tended to hardly at all, in an empty place ??? So i kindly asked if we had done something to offend her and she just blandly said no. Not sure i'll be back. Amazing service,great food and awesome atmosphere,plays Christian music and thats what I love.just a really great group of people in there.

It was super crowded on the Saturday morning we visited, however we were greeted warmly and lead to a table in pretty short duration. Good breakfast place and worthy of a stop for the friendly service alone. Couple of quirks with the food... 1. The sausage patties seem to be completely unseasoned and have no real flavor. 2. The grits came out from the kitchen on the cold side. Portion sizes were reasonable, not outrageously large. If I was going to position this someplace, I would say that it was better by a country mile than Waffle House and not quite as good as a Bob Evans - this was on par with a Dennys. This place is going down hill rapidly you place a order tell them very simple order like plain grilled cheese or to grill both sides of your bottom hamburger bun send it bk tell them again and it took 4 ppl and cook to come be told and still they can't get it right. Then all waitress can say is sorry I told them I don't know what to do. Aside from staff and food the set up is good . Location good but need to improve rest. read more

Been here a dozen times hoping the next time will be better...today we waited over an hour only to discover our order had never been placed. All done now. The restaurant is only a certain size and appears to be fully staffed so I'm unsure what the problem is. No offer to comp a meal, etc. Of note, the last time I posted a review, got an ugly response from the business. Unsure if it was an employee acting independently or as an official rep. In that case, I called and asked to speak with a manager and was told that I was speaking with the manager. Shared my issue and was told that the kitchen staff WAS AS wearing their masks during the early days of reopening during the pandemic when we could plainly se they were not. read more

Amazing staff and food! I have family that lives out here and we go at least once for breakfast during my visit. This last time, I decided to leave this review. Every time I have been, the food has been amazing and the staff has been friendly. I must say that I have only tried their breakfast though. They give the Waffle House vibe but better. Definitely go if you get the chance. I had the Strawberry Topped Waffle with the VIP meal. read more

Hannah was awesome and took such great care of us today!! Everyone was so friendly and it's a very welcoming environment. We love the new building. JEFF MAKES THE BEST EGGS EVER! No joke. I had the prime rib tips omelette and after two bites vowed to hug the guy that made them. You could cut the steak with a spoon. No sauce needed bc it was flavored to perfection. *See the pics. Derek had hash browns stuffed with all the breakfast meats, eggs, and cheese, smothered in sausage gravy. Talk about filling! We will be back the next time we are in Paragould!! read more

I would not recommend any one eating there. We have been eating there three or more times a week for last two years and lately it's been real bad. In last four months at least 5 times one person in our party has found hair in our food and at least twice have found a price of string or forigen object. As today I found a price of string in my gravy and they tried to say it was a crispy strand of egg but come on if it had been egg it would have cut with a fork and it did not. I e always loved huddle house now well I won't be going back ever again. Best of luck to those who do. read more

My family and I tried to eat at our local Huddle House location tonight for dinner. It was 8:20pm--we knew upon arriving that the restaurant would close at 9pm and that we would need to eat quickly. However, once we walked into the doors we were met with eye rolls, sighs from the employees, and were told to "just sit wherever." So we took a seat at the nearest booth and waited to be greeted by our waitress. Two female employees stood to the left of our booth continuing their conversation they were having when we walked in while we waited. Eventually a very thin woman with her hair pulled back into a tight bun came around the corner and shouted "Whose table is this?" to the two employees chatting beside us. They responded and said that we should be Shay's table. (I believe that was the name they said--possibly a similar sounding name.) The thin woman looked over at us, rolled her eyes again, and then said "I guess I'll deal with them then!" and grabbed up menus to bring to us. At this time my family and I all looked at one another as it became even more so apparent that we were not welcome in this restaurant and decided it would be best for us to just leave. So when she approached our table we told her we had decided on eating at a different restaurant and got up to leave. It was an extremely disappointing experience as we love eating at Huddle House and have just finally been able to start eating out again since being vaccinated. Our last two visits to this location have been really unfortunate. read more
