OMG!!!!!!!!! The servers were great always checking in making sure our drinks were filled and asked if there was anything we needed. Our cook was amazing too however we have come into the past and had a really baaadd cook. her food was cold and not properly made. I had asked for a philly with no onions and buffalo sauce on side, it was LOADED with them and no sauce. my server was kind enough to ask the cook to remake it. when she did the cook got mad at her almost from the looks of it. She was rude to all servers from the time we got our food and to the point of making one of them cry. the server manage to still smile and do her job whike the cook rambled on to us about how it was the servers fault my wifes hasbrowns were burnt. as if the server cooked our food. I wasn't sold on this place being bad due to the customers that do come in. I gave it another try with a new crew and a diffrent time. I went in today and food was okay not the best but was hot and priced at a good price. the cook knows her stuff and had her plate full but still managed to be nice and professional. I believe i heard her named called several time but Mikayla or Kayla. who ever she ios deserves a reward, and my server with the pink hair was great as well very intimading at first but was the sweetest young lady i have ever met. Oh my goodness. What am I to even say? We went one morning for breakfast. Let's set this up. Huddle House is a chain (?) in Southern Georgia, like a Southern style IHOP with far unhealthier food. You felt fat eating at IHOP? Please. There are some portion-sizes on the menu here that I vom'd a little bit just reading about. Pancakes. Waffles. Cornbread. Sausage. Grits. Gravy. Bacon. Oh, and that's just the appetizer. And the clientele? We've got local high-school football linebacker "downing" every item on the menu - literally, I think our waitress said a local boy came in and ordered one of everything on the menu after a game once - and finished it. And in strolls alligator-wrestler-guy in camo thigh-high waders. Arguing at the table next to him is 16 year old meth-addict daughter fighting in a hushed voice with dad (God, I hope that wasn't her husband), puffy-eyed and red in the face because she's been crying over breakfast (or she's still high, who knows). W. T. F. Oh, and SOMEONE got here on a golf cart...as witnessed by the one parked right out front next to the main entrance. Seriously though, my parents had a really bad dinner experience here. Think: rude "waitress" on the phone completely ignoring them and then a still-frozen cheesecake. I mean, we know you didn't make that lump of fat fresh, but don't add insult to injury by not even thawing it!!! For fast food breakfast, which is all I would recommend this place for, it's enough to fill the tummy - and the toilet bowl later. We were a party of five. One person in our party ordered a cheese and bacon omelet. She was served a Cheeseburger. It was sent back. She was served a meat lovers omelet. It was sent back. Then while the correct order was being made we listened to the cook throw a temper tantrum about us and then yelling how much she hates her job. Extremely unprofessional. Meanwhile, one person had to remind the waitress he had ordered a side of loaded hashbrowns. 3 people were served ice cold vegetable medley with a clump of cold cheese on top, 3 of us also were served cold mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken fried Steaks were lukewarm but the only thing served almost edible. So we told the server the cook needed to either learn how to cook or find another job. So as the bonus to our nightmare, as we were getting into our cars, the cook decided to come outside to cuss us out, including trying to fight one of the women in our group. Crappy place... several customers got up and walked out for the waitress being rude and not having the right orders, while another customer brought his empty cup from his table to the cash register and begged for a refill... and I sat down and was not offered anything to eat or drink for 15 to 20 minutes until I got up and left. 10:00 on a Friday night service sucks read more
