This was an all around nice visit. The restaurant was clean and bright. My server, a young man named Denver was friendly and courteous. I had a great burger, a side of grits and a salad. All came out promptly, looked nice on the plate and tasted great. Denver checked on me and refilled my iced tea as needed. Love, love, loved it! This was our first time at a Huddle House and we've got no complaints. It's a chain-diner and the food's what you'd expect but with a little extra love and a cool staff to go with it. Kristy was a peach! Get the Huddle Up Sampler (fried dill pickles and stuffed jalapeños are bomb!) and the Stuffed Hash browns (the peppery sausage gravy really makes this special) to get a feel for what their food's about. Great place to stop for good food and service. My 2nd time at a Huddle House (different location) and my husband's first. Our food came out fast and it was hot and delicious. Restaurant and bathroom was clean. Waitress was friendly and nice. Would eat here again read more

we have been to this location 3 times in the past year all 3 times we were met with the mosy sorry rudest waitress possible the most recent time it took over two hours to get our food after waiting 1 hour to order every order except came out wrong and we were missing 2 items when we informed are waitresses with dyed red hair she said okay with no smile no ill fix it anything just walked away then when it was time to pay the items we did not receive were still not n the ticket I then said we did not get the items she said okay then I payed to see that she didn't take either off i red the reviewa and this is happen with so many people the only thing I can ass is the owner doesn't care about the shape of the business as long as the money is coming in bc I have read plenty of other reviews that Ik are referring to the same waitress she is so unfriendly I can't imagine how much business she has lost them would absolutely rate a 0 if possible read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would food it's very bland. The service is worse. We gave it a second chance Friday morning. We were the only ones in the whole restaurant (that should've gave me a warning,) but we went in anyway lesson learned ,we sat for 45 minutes and never got our food, the hostess told us to go and sit ourselves. Five minutes sitting there she finally came and took our order. Another 5 minutes , she brought our drinks turned our order in 5 more minutes later I could hear them in the background talking never she never came back with out food . Nothing good can happen there. Pancakes were bad. The syrup had water in it. The waiter did not make a check and asked us to pay in cash. I'm sure the money didn't make it to the register. The men's bathroom has mold on the wall. read more

My wife and I were TN for a concert. We stayed at the adjacent hotel, approx a 2-minute walk away from this restaurant. We were thrilled that Huddle House was so close, as there was nothing else nearby open at this hour. I place a very simple order (Bacon cheeseburger meal and prime rib tips dinner) online, at 1:36 am. I received an order confirmation, with a time for pickup of 1:51am. I wait until 1:50 am, and walk over to collect our purchased food. I walk in, and there is not a soul to be seen. Finally, a single employee appears, and I tell her I am picking up an online order. She tells me, "Here's the thing..." and proceeds to tell me that she is the only cook and doesn't know how to make the order ( the bacon cheeseburger, fries, steak tips and vegetable medley was apparently to complicated for her to figure out.) I request a refund since she can't provide the food I've already paid for. She says I need to come back in the morning when the manager is there. So, I returned the next morning and explained what happened to the 3 staff members who were standing at the front. They responded sympathetically and found it just as unacceptable as I did. A staff member named Taylor took all of my information down, including all the order and payment details. She apologized and promised that my refund would appear within 7-10 days. That was 11/05/23. Fast forward 16 days, we still have no refund, so I call the restaurant again...This time I am met with the opposite of what I was last time. The alleged manager refused me a refund because ''It was on a different shift, and I don't have your ticket." It was an online order, so I know it can be accessed. I also gave that information to Taylor 16 days ago. Why was my refund never processed as promised? Not only are we being STOLEN from, but I'm also treated like an idiot if they think I will believe any of their nonsense. They told me to call the owner if I want a refund, but she would not provide a way to do so. "Google it if you want it." Well, I can't just call the owner, as the location is owned by a restaurant management group, S&K Brothers Inc. I recommend you not patronize this restaurant, as  they like to steal (at least 2) customer's money by not providing the product that we paid for. Food gets zero stars, as I can't rate something I didn't receive. "Service" should be zero, but I don't want anyone to disregard this review because of too low a rating. Atmosphere is 1 star, as Huddle House is a pretty unappealing place now, due to the poor atmosphere created by weponized incompetence and vitriol thrown at me for daring to ask for my money back. I'm no expert, but I feel like this will cost the restaurant more than the $30 they STOLE from me. read more

Cook exclaiming "I f*cking LOVE mobile orders" as my wife sits in the pick up window, giving us two very cold, skimpy waffles, and throwing piping hot hash browns in styrofoam to burn through it and glue the hash browns together! There was several hairs on our table and a hair in my drink and the menu had a spilled drink and trash inside of it. New building but dirty. Maybe they should fire a few people and hire someone that will keep things cleaner. Say your prayers before you eat here! We did. read more
