The restaurant is tiny, about 10 tables (I think) and they have a pickup window in front. Our waitress was great, checking on us often and clearing off the dishes quickly. The restaurant was super busy when we arrived with lots of carryout orders as well. We managed to get a table, though it wasn't clean when we sat down. Our waitress fixed it for us quickly though. We all wound up ordering burgers and fries, each customized with the toppings we preferred. I got bacon on my burger. Our food was delivered relatively swiftly. A big pro of this place is the pricing for a meal is quite reasonable. The food was average but enjoyable enough. The bacon on my burger was cooked nicely and wasn't too rubbery/fatty. The burger was simple and maybe slightly lacking in flavor, but cooked fresh and hot. The fries were frozen-fried but also hot. We were saving room for dessert from a local bakery later, so we passed on the ice cream, but their hot fudge sundaes did look good. Not a standout experience but got the job done. Not a ton of options in this area but this is a solid enough one.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was good and portions were plenty. We both had enough to take home for another meal. We sat outside to enjoy the weather. It was a good option since the fall colors are starting to come on. We'll be back again!

Server took our order, picked unopened straws up off our table a d put them back in her apron. Food delivered to our table was not hot, it was warm. Informed server said she would let the cook know. Lady walking around inquiring if everything alright. We informed her our food was only warm. She asked if we would like an ice cream. No thank you. Server brought more beverage we requested one large to go box to box up the inedible food for the pup. Lady walking around apologized we did not enjoy our food. To which I responded we just spent $50 for food not hot enough to eat. She said I am sorry you didn't enjoy it. I hope you have a good evening. I informed the young lady I had worked in food service and that she had broken a health law by picking up straws off a used table and placing them in her apron. I did not tell the lady walking around there are health rules about food temps. We paid our bill In full and left. We will not go back.

A-MA-ZING. That's what this place is. We pass by this non-assuming restaurant at last 4 times a…read moreweek and never gave it much thought. Then a neighbor invited us to dinner and took us here, and now we can't stop going here! There are SO many things on their menu that we can't wait to try. So far, we have had the following: Let me start with dessert, the Creme Brulé is to die for, we get it every single time if there's any still available. We buy it when we walk in the door, before dinner, because it might be gone before we're done eating. Yes sir, it's that good. Now on to what we've had so far. The Apple Pecan salad is a must try, just order the dressing on the side and go sparingly so it doesn't overpower the rest of the awesome ingredients like fuji apples, candied pecans and feta cheese (yum, yum, yummy). The first thing I ate there was the Marge-a-rita, made into a calzone, it was heaven. Made with all fresh ingredients and a homemade marinara served on the side. I'm not normally a red sauce / marinara person but I took the rest of it home, I certainly wasn't going to leave it there! My husband had the Deluxe pizza and said it was fantastic. And of course we had the Creme Brulé for dessert. That Friday, we took our friends out for dinner and brought them here. This time we ordered 4 Brulés before heading upstairs for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised that they had live music up there. A singer named Robert Lee played guitar and harmonica and sang everything from country to Pink Floyd to Fleetwood Mac. He had a beautiful voice and was very entertaining. We will definitely be looking to see him play again. This time I had the Apple Pecan salad, of course, and the Salsa Blanc pizza with sweet Italian sausage made into a calzone. This was an excellent pizza EXCEPT they forgot the sausage and there was at least 20 big cloves of roasted garlic packed into that calzone. WAY too much, if you ask me. One of our friends had the Grilled Deluxe Cheese Melt and he said it was amazing. I give this place 5 stars for delicious, fresh ingredients, the servers are extremely friendly and we got our food fairly quickly. The only down sides, in my opinion, is since it's a small venue it can get really loud, and the service on Friday night left us a little disappointed. Again, our order was a little messed up and our server (who I believe was the manager) should stick to managing. He was super nice but he had a lot of irons in the fire and waiting tables is not what he should be doing. Other than that, we WILL be going back because there are so many more items on their menu that I can't wait to try.

Pizza was very good. Ingredients were fresh and place is cute. Friday nights include music upstairs and we were able to enjoy a talented singer while we enjoyed pizza in the downstairs restaurant. Redpoint has a full menu with pasta, sandwiches, etc. If you are looking for a great spot to relax and grab good, solid food, this is it.

Another great breakfast at another Big Bad Breakfast!…read more I don't really have a favorite thing on the menu because everything I've had is that good. My most recent visit had me ordering the Jack Benny, a little twist on the classic Eggs Benedict. The crispy fried tater hash cake makes the base and it's topped with some thinly sliced ham, wilted spinach leaves, two perfectly poached eggs and some hollandaise sauce. There's some savory ham powder sprinkled over the top of it all. My wife does have a favorite...and hers is their French toast. Three slices of some French bread spiked in some brandy before they're deep fried. They're topped with some fresh fruit (generally strawberries and blueberries), whipped cream and some signature house syrup. It's a tasty treat and I'm thankful that she can't finish it all. Before we hit the road, we each ordered a Vietnamese Big Bad Cold Brew...one vanilla and one caramel. Those were phenomenal! No matter when we go, the service is always excellent! Highly recommend that you stop by Big Bad Breakfast if you're passing through South Pittsburg, TN...and it's attached to the Lodge (Cast Iron) Store right next to the factory where they are made. You won't be disappointed!

This was one of the better BBB experiences yet!…read more Great food! Really great, for reals. No takebacks. There was a small issue that did not sway me in the least. I will get to that in a bit. I had no idea that the Lodge Museum was connected. That is another story for another time. I was just looking for a good place to eat on the way home from Holiday. BBB is a staple around my parts. This one did not disappoint! Bravo! Arrive and C and I sit at the bar. Server is so sweet and a bit in the weeds. She cleans our space at the bar and lets us know when she will be back to get orders. Order and wait. And wait. Then our sweet server tells us she forgot to ring up our order. She lets us know it's comped. It should not be on her I hope. Food comes and it's great! One of the better meals I've had at BBB honestly. Eggs perfect. Portions perfect. Coffee perfect. Biscuit perfect. Gravy Perry. Poached eggs, better than perfect, hash cake good, tomato gravy very good. Yum. I loved it! It ended up free, but was well worth $42. Tipped her well. Loved her owning up to things when they go bad.
