The hamburgers and fries are always outstanding. Their restaurant is very clean that includes their bathrooms.

We stopped here for lunch after a morning hike nearby. We decided to try their curbside service. Ordering online was easy and we got our food quickly - delivered right to our car. I personally try to eat at local shops most of the time, but if there's a franchise I do really enjoy it's Five Guys. I have eaten at multiple locations and the quality is always there. Sure, you have to say "screw my diet today" or "health be damned" to eat there ! But is a great treat to enjoy every now and then. Been going here for about a year and a half two years last night was the worst experience we've ever had. Both our hamburgers were awful. Mine had so much mayonnaise. It was not edible. The cheese was not melted tasted so awful. You couldn't eat the burger my wife complained about the same thing with her burger nowadays, this is unacceptable. We will not be going back. read more

I hadn't been to a Five Guys in over five years. Didn't even know what I wanted but was sort of in the mood for a hot dog. My preferred is a slaw dog but it wasn't on the menu. Other toppings were, so it was OK. I opted for a dish of peanuts while I waited for the food, and they were a better accompaniment than fries. The restaurant was clean and spacious; the staff was friendly and courteous. A wide variety of drinks. And that hot dog! OMG. I just added a 5th star as I recalled how amazing it was. A huge, very tasty dog, almost more like a wurst. They split it lengthwise and slathered the toppings throughout. The bun was lightly toasted. It was perfect. People often complain about this chain's prices, but every restaurant lately has gotten more expensive and service does not keep pace. I had no problem with any of the above. I don't eat a lot of fast food, but today I found myself at 5 Guys. The place was clean and the cashier friendly. I ordered a burger, fries, and unsweet tea. I was shocked to hear the cashier say that the total was $16.45! I should have left, but didn't want to make a scene. I put my credit card in the machine, and it asked me how much I wanted to leave for a tip. Really? I opened my bag and was surprised to see the most massive amount of fries I've ever encountered. Seriously, it was enough to feed a family of four. The fries were put on top of the burger, so I had to wade through the mountain of fries to get to the burger. I am not kidding, I had to dig through the bag to get the burger! The burger was below average. I prefer a thick medium rare patty, but it came out as two skinny well done pieces of meat. The toppings, lettuce, tomato and onion were fine. I ate the burger but threw out 80% of the fries which I felt was very wasteful. When I thought about the value here, I had to giggle. My husband and I went to an upscale restaurant for lunch the other day. He had a filet mignon sandwich and I had a fantastic French Dip made from prime rib. The bill was $38 at this upscale place, which is nearly what 2 would pay for this meal at Five Guys. This was my first visit at this place, and yes, it will be my last. read more

So this store just opened. It's obviously still sparkly and brand new. We went in and they were very well staffed for a slow day. Their menu is easy to understand. We ordered burgers, fries and drinks. Our food was out quickly. One thing I thought was cool as they give it to you in a to-go bag whether you're dining in or not. The fries are fresh cut and cooked to order but that doesn't mean they're good. I was super excited to load my burger up with lots of toppings like mushrooms, onions and pickles. There was a hair in our cheeseburger and we brought it up to ask for another one. One girl was super nice but the guy and other girl where not. I felt like they thought we out it there. I assure you we didn't we where ready to eat. The Cajun fries where cold and over seasoned. This 5 guys is not worth going to. The one downtown and the one in Hixson are WAY better. read more

The food was good. We got burgers and fries. The portion of food was a lot more compared to other restaurants. It obviously takes a little longer to get your food there because they cook it right then. I still only waited about 12/15 minutes for my food. We ordered on the app for curb side and still had to wait around 20 minutes. They left out part of our order and had to go back and retrieve it. The lady that brought our food out was very nice but she had on nasty gloves that she had cooked with them on. I sincerely pray that she changed them before she handed any more food.
