Iced Vanilla Latté w. Carrot Cake Chai syrup

I've been driving past this little unique coffee spot on the corner of 8th street, and I finally decided to pay them a visit. Parking is a little tight since it's on the corner of a main busy road. However, the staff is very friendly and greeted me as I walked in. It's very colorful inside with a lot of plants on the walls which brightens up the place. I got an iced vanilla latte with carrot cake chai syrup which good. It could use a little bit more spice but other than that I'm satisfied. I will be back again.

what a great addition to this neighborhood. this used to be a charbucks. now we have an excellent coffee shop with properly roasted beans and very solid food offerings. thank you huckleberry roasters for moving in if you haven't been to one of their shops, you're in for a treat. they always have an interesting delicious seasonal flavored latte. their avocado toast is the best i've ever had. big chunks of creamy avocado with a lemon pepper spice that makes my mouth water just writing this. the bread is fresh and artisanal all their pastries are good, their teas and non coffee drinks are on point. their baristas are skilled and super friendly

"I'll be your huckleberry" Ok y'all should check out Huckleberry! Cute location, good coffee, very nice baristas. The coffee was so good we bought some to take home! And then I went back to get some more to take home. So what I'm saying is...try it.

The pastries were also good. Unfortunately a water line broke while we were in there; the barista was very kind and apologetic, and made an announcement so people could move their cars or leave before the flooding got too out of control. I hope it works out okay and there's not too much damage to the neighborhood!

Owners Duc Huynh and his wife Dominique moved the concept to Park Hill in 2021 , and what they built here is hard to categorize in the best way. It's a craft coffee shop and boutique plant store in one -- and somehow both sides of that equation feel equally intentional rather than one being an afterthought. The menu leans into lavender lattes, Vietnamese iced coffee, and chai, alongside croissants and breakfast burritos -- a lineup that reflects the shop's AAPI-owned roots and a clear point of view on what coffee can be. The Vietnamese iced coffee in particular earns its reputation: rich, layered, and grounding in a way that a standard cold brew just isn't. The lavender latte is a regular on people's standing orders for good reason. The seating situation is worth noting -- swing chairs and limited spots mean arriving early on weekends pays off. Street parking is the move. Best for solo mornings, slow catch-ups with a friend, or anyone who wants to leave with a new plant and a drink they'll be thinking about on the drive home. Open daily 8am-3pm -- get there before the rush.

The space is decorated so cute with several tables to choose from, there's a cozy couch to enjoy, and even a bar space to sit all. There was one gentleman working while I was in, and he was very kind. I ordered an iced coffee with a side of oak milk; the coffee had a good flavor. For food, I ordered the egg and cheese bowl. This is not your average egg and cheese bowl - it was stacked with specialty cheeses like mozzarella and iberico! Plus, some devious spices. The bowl was served with ciabatta bread, topped with olive oil and herbs. I didn't have a pastry, but they all looked scrumptious and will definitely try one when I come back.

The have mostly smaller tables but a few couches - always an A+ for me. No food, but the pastries look next level. I deviated a bit from my normal latte or drip coffee and splurged on their "golden coffee": a beautiful cup of coffee with Nutella, steamed milk, whipped cream, pistachio and sparkles. It was a bit pricey at $12 but I regret absolutely nothing. The only thing keeping me from full marks is that it's not super stroller/baby friendly and these days that's important to me. Seriously though, a fabulous spot and I'm planning on returning for a little me time in the near future. The food looks so good I need to give it a try!
