Visited family friend this past weekend and decided to stop and get some pizza. As a Buffaloian i was pleasantly surprised at the taste and quality and taste for a small town pizza place. It was nice to try a different ststes pizza.Will defintly try something different next time in town. Whenever I get pizza here, there's always hot and crispy; especially the cheese! As for the vegetables, they should be cooked a little bit better. For the customer service, the staff is always nice and friendly. The atmosphere is not super loud. read more

I've been a loyal customer at Hubbard Pizza Works my whole life and this is not like it used to be. I ordered a hot Italian fold last week and received bread with 3 slices of meat. (See pictures) The owner contacted me and said that he would credit my account. I was happy with that and decided to give them another try last night. I ordered online and it was confirmed at 5:41pm. At 6:21pm I received a confirmation email saying my driver was on their way and should be here by 6:58pm. No order at 7:12pm so I called and no one knew where my food was. It finally showed up at 7:20pm ice cold. This will be my final order from Hubbard Pizza Works. Don't waste your time or money. read more

The coupon Codes received via USPS do NOT WORK!! I have tried numerous times to apply the coupon codes, and made sure that My order was eligible for which coupon I was using. Ordering online did not recognize the coupon codes. Also, the prices are not noted on the site until after you submit to have items attached to your order. Unfortunately, these delays and "coding mistakes" via the online ordering system have resulted in multiple orders being placed with a different company. I do my best to support locally owned businesses, though Pizza Works has continued to decline and make it more difficult every month. This is not a staffing issue. This is an Administrative issue. read more

All i can say is Pizza Works is the Best! I always get the veggie supreme because I am a vegetarian & my 12yr old son likes the pineapple and chicken on thin crust. The crust is so buttery it just melts in your mouth. A must have is a side of red & white sauce. We love to dip the crust. The golden brown cheese & the butter on the crust, dipped in the sauce is a flavor explosion. The veggies are so fresh. Not too many places have fresh broccoli as a topping! They sent me a coupon for a particular Pizza. I called to order and was told "It was delivery only" and there was NO delivery available today. NO pick up allowed. Tough for my luck. Pretty much told what to do with my coupon. These days EVERYTHING is blamed on "Rona". They lost a pretty good customer here. read more

We were on a long distance trip & stayed in Hubbard overnight. We originally left the hotel to go to the Chinese restaurant but didn't like the way it looked and then we were going to stop at the diner but realized it was going to close soon. We ended up driving back to the hotel and ordering delivery from Pizza Works. We ordered a large pizza and some hot wings and a small salad. The pizza and wings were so good! There was nothing wrong with the simple salad but the wings and pizza were so memorable. The wings were on the small side, but they were good and moist and fresh. Others we have had on our trip from other pizza places were large but horribly over cooked and the sauce wasn't very good. We kept wishing they would taste like the ones from Pizza Works!!! We wished we would have timed our return through Hubbard so that we could have gotten some more but, alas, it is too early in the morning. read more

I was thrilled to have a gluten free pizza there. Gave them a whole lot of business. Good tips to the drivers despite some tips being added into the cost of delivery. Now that they outsourced the delivery not so big on them. I was only interested in the delivery as I don't eat in there. Not my favorite place to go. The delivery drivers they had were great. I had the pick 2 lunch special. A personal-size pepperoni pizza, along with a cup of potato soup (which comes with a generous slice of foccacia bread. The pizza was ok. The crust was slightly over baked, and the sauce was a little too sweet. It just may have been pre-made or frozen, but it was reasonably tasty and edible. The potato soup was the best I have ever tasted, and the foccacia bread is to die for. Overall, good value for under $7. read more

The quality of the pizza here has gone downhill over the years. I ordered pizza last night and received something that tasted like cardboard....and paid $25 for it! The crust appeared to be very old....thin and very tough. There was very little sauce on the pizza. Disappointed in the product from a business that used to be exceptional. We had not ordered pizza from here for awhile, (for the same general reasons) and I thought we would give them another try...no better than the last time unfortunately. :( read more

I'm sad to be writing this review as I love Pizza Works but I was in last week and I was so embarrassed. I had raved about this place to my boyfriend and he finally agreed to go. Upon entering there was a girl sitting in the kitchen on the counter. She removed her sock and rubbed her foot. Ewwww. Placed my order and it was like when the parents leave the house to teenagers. They were loud. Placed order and sat down. One of the employees was off work I think because he sat down with some friends that had came in. He lifted his shirt all the way up to his chest and left his stomach hanging out. The whole time while trying to eat we could hear the employees saying f**ck and just cussing up a storm. My boyfriend laughed and said the place was a dump. I felt stupid bringing him here. I don't mind swearing but they just stood at the register talking loudly and dropping the f-bomb. My boyfriend and I both remarked that it was lucky there were no children dining because they would have made us really mad. I won't be bringing him back here. I doubt I'll ever be back. The 2 stars are because the food was good, though I'm secretly hope the foot girl didn't make the food. read more
