The crews weren't well supported or supervised by ATI and there were lots of communication gaps. If you have a choice you'll probably want to go with another company. If you're filing a claim on your home owners policy and have to use ATI you'll have to very closely monitor all aspects of the project and document everything. You'll also want to stay in close contact with your insurance company. The ATI people blame a lot of their shortcomings on the insurance company, but in our situation we found that not to be true. Wish I could give a better review but I can't and I can't recommend using ATI.

Note: we did work with Team K in 2022, so I am really late in writing in this...and the whole world had a lot of turnover in 2022, so this might have changed. The different parts of the business are very different...the damage treatment is a 4 to 5 star operation...the reconstruction is a 2 star, so that's why I'm giving them a 3. They did come out promptly and the owner is very nice. The quality of their work also greatly varies. The job manager said that on a scale of 10, his guys "are 6s and 7s, but the great thing is that always come back and fix up what they might have missed". If you have an emergency leak that needs water damage treated, they are great at that. Alpha came out to help us address a leak originating from the refrigerator in-line. I can't…read morerecommend them enough. JD, Uli and Zeke did a fantastic job! Alpha explained the work involved and provided a quote. Once the work was complete, we paid less than the quoted amount. They quickly removed wet materials, drywall, flooring, cabinets, but they only took out what was absolutely necessary. They also moved the refrigerator to the garage. They treated for mold and any nasty growth. They setup a sturdy containment area which included tension poles to ensure plastic walls are held up against the ceiling and they put up an air filter which helped improve air flow and air quality in the space. They setup several fans and dehumidifier. Their machines move a lot of air, but the motors on the machines are silent, so we still felt comfortable in the adjacent living space. The area was totally dry in less than 3 days. They cleaned up, put down extra temporary covering for the floor (helpful since we have pets) and put us in contact with a contractor to help us rebuild and close everything back up. Throughout this process JD was very patient and understanding, he answered all our questions and gave several helpful recommendations. More background: This is our second leak in the span of weeks. We had our first leak dealt with by a different company. One of those big business national water damage companies. I am using my mostly negative experience with the other company to inform this review. I have to say, the difference is night and day. Go with Alpha Restoration.

Huge thank you to Dan, Mike and Tiffany for their super fast response time mitigating the water damage caused by a bad sprinkler pipe - on a Sunday of a holiday weekend! Kids went downstairs after sprinklers had been turned on for a week to find water spraying from sprinkler system soaking the basement. Anatom had good reviews, have an A+ rating with the BBB and offered emergency service so I called and Tiffany answered the after-hours line. She literally had a team out here in an hour on a Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend!!! Dan came in, carefully reviewed the damage, explained my options and had Mike here withe the truck and equipment - fans and dehumidifiers - set up and running in no time. However, disaster struck again. When my insurance company opened on Tuesday, I discovered that my deductible was 1% of the house value, meaning any repairs would be covered out of my pocket! Dan immediately contacted management. Nate arrived that afternoon, as per my request, they retrieved the equipment. BUT, they didn't stop there and bid me farewell. Knowing that I wouldn't be able to use their services further - they still used their specialized measuring tools and informed me that all but one wall was dry. They provided me with instructions on what needed to be done for that wall, reminded me that they had already sprayed the antifungal spray on the carpet, and assured me that they would be happy to provide further information about the basement reconstruction process if needed. Talking about above and beyond service!!! They made sure my home was in the best shape possible and worked with me on payments. Folks - Anatom Restoration - 720-356-0945 is now on my phone for water emergencies, I've adjusted my insurance deductible, and I am confident I don't have a black mold problem! Great team to work with when everything else is going to crap! Thank you ANATOM!

WORST Contractors EVER!!!…read more Do not use this company. If I could give them -10 stars I would. We had a flood in a rental condo from the upstairs unit's bathtub, leaking down into the bedroom closet. We hired Anatom, because they had the most affordable rate (lesson learned!) They demo'd the flooring in the whole unit, including baseboards and the lower portion of the closet wall. I came to check on the work after they were finished. It was the WORST FLOORING JOB I've ever seen in my life. The grout in the kitchen tile was thick in places, thin in places, black in places, and every shade of gray you can think of in all the other places. It was dirty looking with grout smeared all over the tiles. The LVP had GAPS in between planks in the hall closet. The worst part is the baseboards, that are NOT MADE OF WOOD. I don't know what substance they are, but definitely not wood. It feels almost chalky. There are huge dings and dents in the baseboard in the closet, because it's a crumbly material. The trim they used for under the kitchen cupboards above the tile looked like pieces of 6 different random wood leftovers, that they tried to piece together. Part of the trim pieces were made of Balsa wood! The caulk in the bathroom between the floor and the bathtub was a tan color (floors are darkish wood, tub it white), and was bubbled. It looks like a 3rd grader did it. I met the contractors out at the property to point out all the problems. The 2 that showed up did not speak much English, so it was impossible to chat with them about what needed fixed. I pointed to the horrible grout job, and he said "My brother did it". Now why is his brother doing it? Does his brother work there? I couldn't relay that question to them, as it got lost in translation. My husband called them to tell them to come back and fix everything. They did and I went a 2nd time to check. Nope. The grout was better, but now there was a mysterious hard, sticky substance on the LVP in the bedroom, that I could not remove with cleaner or by scrubbing. Baseboards are still the same cheap, weird, non-wood material. Chunks are still missing from the baseboards in the closet. Trim in kitchen is now even more mis-matchy. Transition to the kitchen has a huge seam practically in the middle of the transition, with no attempt at caulking it. My husband called a 2nd time to have them come back. Now it's the 3rd time they're coming out to fix their sloppy job, and our tenant said they never showed. Anatom claims they did. I see nothing repaired. This time I called the 3rd time to have them come back (which would be the 4th repair, but is really the 3rd because they didn't show up prior), and Ehud says he's done coming. He paid his contractors and won't pay them anymore to come fix their mistakes. Ehud claims my husband was happy with the job. Absolutely not. NO ONE would be happy with that job. My husband just wasn't being confrontational. He wanted them to fix it, so he was using the bees with honey method. I truly think this was their very first flooring job they had ever done. It had to be. It was truly the worst job I've ever seen. The materials they used (baseboards, kitchen trim, transition) were just cheap parts, and random extra pieces they pieced together. They certainly weren't legit materials purchased at Home Depot or something like that. You can tell they were just trying to save money. I'll post the pics here if possible. Ehud says the problems were "minor", and only look bad if you blow up the pics. TRUST ME - Stay away! Call a reputable company that knows how to lay floors.
