Joel aka Joe did our taxes, he put deductions that we had no clue about a heads up would have been nice with our consent to do so, so we know what we would get ourselves in to with the IRS. At the end of the two years we were to pay $1000 back that wasn't so the IRS came back charging us $2000 for each year. I've called Joel aka Joe back several time since 2020 and 2021, I either get messages with a certain day to sort out the issues with the Taxes or I don't get a response back at all. I've been trying to track this man down for the past 7months and nothing. I've even gone to their office and they are closed. It's a shame this place just took our money and won't follow thru. I understand ppl get busy and make mistakes but he should accept accountability for his mistakes and help us out dealing with the IRS is no joke. Jose and his team were absolutely great and I can't thank them enough. Jose came out same day…read more(literally within a hour of our call) to see my house and go over camera installation ideas. I had a quote by the next day and the installation process started a few days later. Jose listened to all our concerns and made us feel super comfortable with the process. On installation day he and his coworker were here from 9am-6pm, they worked really hard with wiring and setting up 5 cameras for us. Once done he went over everything with us, moved camera angles as needed and explained how everything worked.
