"I couldn't say enough about the positive experience I had working with Wyszynski & Webb, P.C. on the recent close of my home. Waldemar made what is usually a very tense and stressful time for most, into a seamless worry-free experience. The firm was in constant communication with all parties involved, including the sellers attorney, the loan officer , and my realtor just to name a few. Waldemar was very professional and addressed all of the legal requirements before I even had a chance to ask. I will without a doubt be using  Wyszynski & Webb P.C. for any real estate matter and transactions I have in the future, and would recommend him to anyone I know." I am a real estate professional and have been working with Mr. Wyszynski and his staff for 20 years. What I love about working with them is that they are always available to assist my clients and me, regardless of how busy they get.  They always return a phone call and respond to the emails. This is extremely important because real estate transactions are very time sensitive. ( I wish I could say that about other attorneys that I have had a chance to work with.)  Mr.  Wyszynski is very experienced and  approachable.  Over the most recent years, I have had a pleasure to work with Malgorzata Webb as well.  She is equally attentive to her clients.  I would wholeheartedly recommend the firm read more

Excellent attorneys.  I recently used Wyszynski & Webb for estate planning work. Everything from the initial intake to the final living trust product was smooth and thorough. I felt the attorney listened to my concerns and understood my goals. Communication, flexibility of scheduling an appointment, and the time it took to create my trust documents were all exceptional.  I received competent service and good value at a great cost and will be recommending Wyszynski & Webb to all my friends needing real estate or estate planning assistance. read more
