I have not gone through a closing in 30 years, so the whole "DocuSign" process was new to me. The HUD answers she gave (although she confirmed she doesn't do fair housing work in her private practice now) were so on point that I wanted to leave this review 45% for that. Second, talk about a small world. After finding out one particular result of a conversation we had about HUD was so very, very accurate, I glanced at her Instagram page and saw a familiar face. I thought I was imagining it at first. It turned out that she'd taken a photo with my Realtor who was responsible for me buying the condo I did. Talk about Chicago being so big and so small at the same time. Considering what I know of the months-long work with my Realtor, these two networking together makes absolute sense. Third, without me asking her to, she made an introduction to an incredibly kind and informative attorney (who I will rate later) who could help me with HOA/COA needs. If I hadn't talked to her, I'm fairly certain it may have taken me much longer to find this other attorney because (for whatever reason) he wasn't on my original search list. So I can't thank her enough.

She was also punctual and caring and worked hard on my case. Sadly, my experiences with lawyers haven't been great but Erica and Bridgett have changed this. She will be the first person I call for my planned future real estate ventures.

A super reputable lawyer. Very fair pricing. A stand-up guy…read more I was pulled over for a DUI in October 2013 and it was my first. Because of the bombardment of ads, I had no idea where to turn but Fagan Fagan and Davis was close and I went in. After speaking with Joe Fagan, he was confident and radiated years of experience along with the ability to tell it to me straight, optimistically under promise (does that make sense?) and absolutely over deliver. Going into the office, the building is unimpressive... but don't let it fool you. After speaking with Joe I realized that he is obviously in this to help good people in bad situations and because he loves it. One of the first things he asked me was what were my "must haves" and then what my "nice to haves" were. He then did everything he could to make it happen and absolutely exceeded my expectations exponentially. Nobody is an advocate for drunk driving. It is a bad situation all around. But all I can say is that in a bad situation... when I was at my life's darkest hour, Joe brought a torch and showed me the way back to the light. It was my first brush with the law. It will be my last, and Joe Fagan is the unsung hero who made a huge difference when others were saying I was essentially screwed. Worth every penny. The practice worked as a team... and Joe is a pleasant man with lots of great stories too. I can't more highly recommend him. :)
