Their patience and understanding while I went through the entire process was second to none and pleasantly surprising to find in this day and age. I highly recommend these compassionate and professional attorneys for your estate needs. You will be very happy you chose them.

After doing a great deal of research of Yelp, Angie's list and many law firm affiliates, I found…read moreRoss Law Firm. It felt like a professional and comfortable fit for my family. My Mother wanted to adjust her trust and we worked closely with Patrick. The cost was approximately $4,000 which we thought reasonable. Payment plans are also offered, which is a terrific alternative if needed. We began the process just after the Covid pandemic. Patrick worked with Mom virtually. She preferred her documents be rushed and paid an additional fee. We met with the firm in the parking lot to sign the proper documents safely (masks, social distancing) and the complete packet was mailed overnight. The experience was thorough and positive. I will use this family owned law firm in the future.

Mr. Pluymert was engaged to provide mediation services for a dispute involving management of a…read moretrust by primary and secondary executor. Mr. Pluymert's posture was very casual - for example he never took notes during our two hour-long meetings. As a consequence he very often failed to relay concerns and objections correctly to the executors. I received no feedback from the executors to very important questions. Thankfully I made no contribution to Mr. Pluymert's fees or expenses. Primary and secondary executor contributed 100% of the mediation cost. As a consequence, although he continually professed to represent all sides without bias, he clearly took direction from the primary and secondary executors. I found it necessary to review the difference between criminal law and civil law since he was determined to obfuscate the distinction. Just terrible!

We thought he was really informative and did a great job helping us work with the seller after our home inspection. It seemed like he was really knowledgeable about the process too. What most impressed us was how sincere his advocacy felt. At closing, we had some concerns about some of the repairs that seller made. He talked us through it, advised us on the best strategy, and stayed with us for several hours until we heard from the seller. It never felt like he was itching to leave during that time, which I would have expected since we were there for so long! Afterwards, he helped make sure the remaining repairs were taken care of. I can't comment on price, since my husband and I hired him through a plan. He always responded to e-mails on time, and was responsive when we called as well. Overall, Michael seemed reliable and trustworthy, and was a great advocate for us when we bought our first home. We highly recommend him!
