The first time we used them was in 2005 when I sold my townhouse and (my at the time husband) bought a house. Our closing was less easy and our lawyer explained everything to us so we understood exactly what we were doing. This time January 2016 (my now ex-husband) and I sold the home we bought and we used this very firm. I have to say that this firm is A++++++ !!! We sold this home people who had rented it from us for just over a year and while we had issue after issue - I cannot say I kept my cool but they did and handled everything great. The closing (once it happened) was super easy for me and without McNees and Associates I am not sure it would have been! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you !! Personally I would like to thank each one who helped me in the office - you know who you are.... :) your wonderful and know that I appreciate you. If you are looking for a fantastic group of people that will help you every step of the way, give you good advice - this is it !! I will use them again and again in the future.

I wish I can rate lower…read more I needed help with a closing process of a property and founded this place. Everything was going smoothly at first, but then a couple days before the closing date they told me that they haven't receive the disclosure and paid assessment yet. They told me to contact the association for those documentations (isn't that something I paid them to do?). It's something that they submitted a request for a month before, and that I cannot close without it. 22.1 Disclosure and paid assessment are "important" documents yet ONE WHOLE MONTH, none of them followed up and/or checked on it. Well, I followed up and found out that they send the request to the WRONG community property management company. I then have to face a situation of paying $100 to expedite it or wait a whole month to close. At this point, I was a recent graduate with a new job. I don't have tons of money to throw around, so I have to wait a whole month to close out the purchase. So if you want to save time and money, I recommend not going to this place.

In the last 6-7 months, I have provided Chris with 100+ pages of evidence, 50+ screenshots, and 15+…read moreemail threads with information and circumstantial evidence to support suspicious activity in the following areas: Mail fraud, insurance fraud, real estate fraud, forgery, unlawful or constructive eviction, witness tampering, conflict of interest, identity misrepresentation, harassment or retaliation, asset shielding, defamation, cyberstalking or digital suppression, obstruction of justice, undue influence, potential POA abuse He's never wanted to get on a video call, share screens, etc. He's never sent recap notes, a formal calendar invite, a follow up email, access to promised information, or follow through with any procedure that is not just for a lawyer, but for any working professional. He always showed up 30 minutes to an hour late for a phone call, but 75% of the time I just never got a response at all. He claimed he wasn't in the mental space to handle my case at the time. I wasn't in the mental space to handle my life after losing my job, my home, my partner, and almost my life. But I fought anyway. He has continuously gaslit me and has taken zero action. Like "This could be a Netflix show one day" or "If I could hire a PI, it would totally be you." But that's all. Why not refer me to someone else, instead of ghosting me? He seems like a great person in general. But if you're looking for someone reliable, diligent, and action-oriented, this is not the person you're looking for. I'd also like to mention I've had suspicions of him being bribed by the other party to work against me, and am continuing to pursue that as necessary. He would not accept payment from me and said he would do this "out of the goodness of his heart."
