They operate out of a shared workspace, not a traditional office, and refuse to take phone calls, requiring everything by email. If you're fine with your attorney never wanting to meet--because they're either too busy for a paying client or too busy traveling--they are perfect for you. Unprofessional, AI Responses, and Intimidating Practices…read more Atlas Consumer Law, also known as Sulaiman Law Group, I'm not sure why they are allowed to deceptively operate under 2 business names, has provided unhelpful service. I reached out regarding a prior settlement and provided all requested documentation, including recent credit reports, in detail. Instead of addressing my concerns, Gina, Donna, and Nasim all sent repetitive, AI-like responses that ignored what I actually asked. Multiple attempts to get meaningful assistance were met with the same generic likely AI copy paste emails. Some don't have the smarts to use AI. When I was asked if receiving $2,000 was acceptable, an attorney associated with the firm bullied me, suggesting that asking for more would result in additional charges. The response was intimidating and clearly designed to pressure me, this behavior is sleazy. Here's an example of my communication with them: "Hello, I did that in detail. You have recent copies of my credit reports. You ignored me, Atlas. Gina sent me what looks like AI generated responses, repeatedly, to my emails which says a whole lot of nothing. At this point I'd like to speak to anyone but Gina."
