Updated--In response to the three year wait...I was very stuck with the lack of communication and under a Dr. care for high blood pressure. Not only was my mental state in shock from discriminatory practices but my body could not handle the severe amount of intentional and blatant disregard of sending emails and calling and getting little to no reply. I hope to have an organization review how my case was handled or at least investigate if mine is the only one now that I have finally saved a little bit of money to make some repairs after paying for a house where I thought I was being properly represented. And I was not. The only remedy I see outside of that, is some financial reimbursement in writing to fix my problem. Especially since the proof of the new roof I requested was never produced by your office or the Seller which you are aware of. I've called roofers who do not want to come behind someone else shoddy job. Same with attorneys. Now you understand the wait. I am out of $100s of $1,000s when the inspection was done it was not thoroughly looked over, and my questions on my roofing issues which has holes in it and my garage is going to cost me. I should have done my research and not went with who the real estate agent knew because the inspector got paid, the attorney got paid, the real estate agent got paid and I'm still at a loss.
