Coincidentally, when I was talking to a co-worker, who described her negative experience with her attorney, stating that her attorney told her she'd "never lost a child custody case for any of her clients", I responded that mine told me those exact words. When I asked her who her attorney was, she said it was Anna Markley Bush, my attorney! Anna lied to me about so many things, and would tell my husband's attorney things that I thought was confidential, who, in turn told my husband. Little did she realize my husband relayed that information back to me once the divorce was finalized. We compared notes and agreed that we both had been duped by our attorneys who took all our life savings and any equity we had in our home. Anna will tell you anything she feels will benefit her and her pocketbook or her leisure time. She will feign sickness when she wants to go to lunch with her staff for their birthday or take a day off at your expense, instead of showing up in court, thereby stretching your case out and collecting more of your money. She even took the money I was to get in lieu of alimony money and charged me that amount to use that to make my final payment to her. She acts as if she is pro-woman, yet she doesn't care about anyone or anything but herself and buying another Benz, boat or summer home. She defends no one. She will sit on your case and will take her time to run up your bill. It took 3 years to finalize our divorce. And in that 3 years she successfully, along with my x-husband's attorney, financially destroyed us and our children for decades afterwards. If anyone here gave her 5 star maximum, it's probably one of her friends. NOTE: everyone else gave her ONE star rating. My case was in the 90', as was my co-worker's. And I see from the other one star comments that Anna Markley Bush only got lazier and more deceitful and greedier through 2020. Now Heise retired, and she has someone named "ANN" who she is teaching how to rip off clients, no doubt. DO NOT hire Anna Markley Bush or anyone who works with her. I speak from an experience that not only destroyed my life, but my x-husband's life, and the life and futures of all 3 of my children. She has a poor business ethics, and should have been disbarred long ago.
